Stunning place, perfect for getaway from hustle and bustle of the city. Resort have everything I needed: beautiful private beach, fantastic restaurant, great spa and nice swimming pools. The beach villa is with lovely beach view. Each of the buildings is separate from each other, which provides comfort and privacy. I was really happy to discover book shelf full of books left by previous guests. Breakfasts with the view and beach with breathtaking sunsets! Extremely friendly and warm staff making sure your stay is perfect. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who look for place to relax and enjoy the nature.

Everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. They also arranged Balinese dance performance on Christmas Eve, very thoughtful. On the downside, rooms especially the Spa can see the aging and need some maintenance. It is located at a very remoted location so do not expect any activities nearby, which was exactly what we wanted though.

酒店擁有一個特別好看的海灘，環境優美自然。遠離喧囂，而且spa非常不錯👍早餐是點餐的，不夠吃可以多點幾樣。8-11點的樣子。吃飽了就可以吹吹海風，做個SPA。就是我住的第二晚熱水出故障了，耽誤了小一天的洗澡🛁。不過總體還不錯。服務人員好熱情。我在退房當天的早餐時間報了修，工作人員説要1個小時修護，當時11點了。修好也該退房了😄。就算了。這裏白人比較多。主打一個貼近自然。就是離機場太遠。開車要2-3小時。

非常棒的Villa。人少，海灘都沒有人，超級乾淨的海灘，如果可以，能住上一個月！要安排好車接送，非常難找的地方。然後要自己備一些事物，方圓幾公里，啥也沒有的！但是不影響住！很推薦，性價比高。

My 10 yr old son and I had some Quality time together for a week. The staff were so accommodating and helpful .. We both enjoyed the relaxing massage's ,time in the pool at the villa I like the fact it’s away from the city Great break I would definitely go back

Very quiet and relaxing resort Away from the hussle and bussle of every day life The staff are very attentive and diligent and very pleasant Transport is required if you wish to leave the resort - however this is easily arranged through reception If you want to rest - relax & recharge this is the place for you ! Such an oasis and a beautiful little hidden gem away from the hustle & bustle of Bali. The accommodation is so tranquil nestled amidst lush greenery and hundreds of coconut trees. The atmosphere was so peaceful, food was clean & fresh and everyone always so happy to help. Love a refreshing dip in my private pool. Definitely worth the long journey to relax and recharge yourself!

This resort is the most beautiful peaceful and relaxing place I have ever stayed. We stayed here for 20 days and it was exactly what we needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful and so so nice we could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax unwind and just take in the pure beauty that is Bali.

A need to refresh and revitalise brought me to Bali again, and this retreat seemed like a perfect option. It was also a chance to explore West Bali, which has its own distinct charm. Kelapa Retreat was perfect for a week of refresh and revitalise. The garden villa with a private pool that could be accessed directly from the room was a highlight and a perfect start to the day. The main pool is adjacent to the Tides Restaurant, and Spa, and is shaded by palm trees. The beach stretches for miles, with its pristine black sand, and the ocean was warm and gentle. The staff were so helpful and friendly from beginning to end - the booking process, the drive from the airport and return, restaurant and spa staff - the very best. On the last night the new head chef offered to make a special nasi goreng for me as a farewell - delightful, and delicious. It was good to get out on a half day tour to the turtle sanctuary, to Jembrana market, to the Banyan Tree and the Puri Rambut Siwi. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything more - it was a perfect retreat.

We came back to Kelapa 12 years after our first visit and it is as magical as ever. Everything is designed so you can be comfortable and enjoy the luxury of this beautiful resort. The staff are super friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay amazing. The food in the restaurant is phenomenal and I would highly recommend trying the local dishes they are amazing. We stayed in a pool villa which was so lovely, private and quiet and just beautiful. Highly recommend the onsite spa. We indulged everyday and every treatment was pure bliss in the beach front treatment room. It certainly will not take us another 12 years to return.

I would like to share our unforgettable experience in Kelapa Retreat and Spa. I stayed with my mother for a week there and it was worth it 100%. Very welcoming staff that actually care about you and meet all your needs! We were surprised by extreme hospitality that you don’t often meet nowadays and the fact that they will approach you personally just to double check if you’re happy with your stay and the service in general. Of course the main reason we chose Kelapa was the location and a very calm and relaxing environment of the resort, and we were not dissapointed! Beautiful nature of Bali island, clean beach and warm ocean — you can find all of that while staying in Kelapa! They also have an amazing spa and activities for every day, or if you want to take a tour to explore Bali more, there’re many options to do that! As for us, we took a tour to Ubud for the whole day with a driver that took us to some nice places on the way like a coffee plantation, silver crafting place and a temple. We were super happy as for the first timers like us it was very educating in the first place! And of course not to mention the cuisine. Delicious breakfast with a view will start your day! The variety and quality of food is impressive. For us we really enjoyed fresh seafood and fresh-squeezed juices and the coconuts just from the palm-tree next to you:) Overall, we had a very-very enjoyable and unforgettable experience in Kelapa! I’m recommending this place 100%!

It is one of the best places I have ever been. And I wanna say I was in many luxury resort. And this one is my top 10. The best service, the best beach, the best villa. I really recommend. I stay here with my partner, we have booked villa for 2 nights and stay for 2 night more ) and invite our friends ))) Guys I really recommend. It is a paradise
