The service of this hotel is very good. The manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and clean and right there at your doorstep.

Used to be a chocolate spa, but now not anymore, no bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, tooth brush supplied. The room looks in nees of refurbishment. Molds and yellowish colour in bathroom and toilet

So here it is I booked for 2 deluxe rooms, but they “upgrade” it to family room without notifying me first. I went there with my sis and bro in law so we booked two separated room, but turns out we got 2 rooms in 1 building. We thought it was fine at first. BUT, there is no bathtub in the second room, or even water heater. I felt bad about it. Since my sis and bro in law got the second room. The first room was ok but lot different with the another one. The point is, we booked 2 different room because we want to get exact same condition of room. Same bathtub, same water heater, same bed. And yes, they gave us 4 free breakfast and 2pax of spa. It’s kinda worth the difference of our rooms. I suggest you to give the person what they want. I felt bad to my sis and bro in law. Fortunately they understand it. Your meal is ok. Your shower ok. Park ok. Service ok. Everything went well. Thank you for having us

Ein kleines aber sehr schönes Hotel, superfreundliche Mitarbeiter alles sehr sauber

為了追海豚訂的這家酒店，地處羅威納，方便第二天出海，當天到達入住很晚，第二天也很早就退房了，但是酒店工作人員很熱情，細心，服務態度很好

除了方便看海豚和服務生態度友善 其餘不行

Отель ужасный. Персонал , завтраки , проживание и все остальное просто ужас. Не рекомендую

Нет геля, шампуня, чайника, кружек, чая, кофе. Телевизор не работал.

現在的梅拉姆已不是當年的梅拉姆，失去七八年前的服務周到，設施新舊，連早晚餐都是外包出去，性價比都談不上了 不講究的可以入住價格確實便宜

Lage war nicht ganz zentral aber in 15 bis 20 min kommt man gut zu Fuß an die Touriecke mit den ganzen Restaurants War leider nicht ganz so sauber aber noch in Ordnung

服務很好，環境中等偏上，設施有點老舊

設施：完善 衞生：非常OK 環境：很舒適 服務：前台小姐姐和服務員都很棒

太差，臟！亂！差！
