這個酒店我們住了10天 真的管家式服務，唯一不足就是蚊蟲有點多，但也沒辦法 這是烏布的通病！特色之一吧！早餐特別棒，泳池一流，位置一流！

超級棒 到了lobby，特有樂器的音樂聲和專門提供的飲品，讓你立刻有了度假的feeling，這才是峇里島。環境很好，星級酒店的標準都具備，唯一唯一要挑毛病，可能就是半開放的衞生間會有 螞蟻🐜 另外要鎖好幾個門。其他都很棒。水不限量喝。酒店裡的sPA也是我體驗過最好的 沒有科技與狠活，就是純粹的樸素按摩到位，時間安排的剛剛好。態度，整體酒店服務態度，那叫一個好。另外位置太棒了。應有盡有

가격대비 만족합니다. 뻥 뚫린 화장실이라 어색했지만ㅋㅋ나름 이색 경험했어요 :) 우붓마켓까지 셔틀도 있고 잘 이용했습니다.

酒店環境真係一般，整體喺呢度到塔里島呢個等級嚟講唔算特別好。第一眼望落乾淨，不過可能因為好多樹成個樹林咁，房間近外邊窗嗰啲位置有螞蟻，本身預約嗰時睇啲預覽圖片有露台，點知去到因為喺地下房所以就冇。但我係因為有露台而訂呢一個房型，去到十分之失望。
廁所亦都感覺唔安全，因為佢係冇窗，近戶外嗰邊佢有啲木條遮住，不過其實如果人哋喺外邊嘅高處係可以望到廁所沖涼位，非常之唔安全嘅感覺同埋我哋一入房就已經有昆蟲係到。
酒店Spa價錢亦都比較貴，附近街又起碼兩間，價錢平好多又多位。
自助早餐啲嘢食都唔算好乾淨，有螞蟻蜘蛛喺附近周圍行。
最後我地即晚就走咗搵附近地方住🙄

Got myself black and shoulder massage with Desi. The massage felt totally professiona! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better. Desi worked the knots out of my should blades and neck. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting them again

My Sister and I have visited Rama Phala for a relaxing holiday. It's in a great central location, the gardens & buildings are beautiful traditional Balinese and the staff are very helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite is a townhouse with our own terrace, cabana, garden & little waterfall. Decorated well. The pool area is lovely also with a swim up bar. Dewri & Pushpa at the spa have given us heavenly massages in quiet peaceful setting, with cool air-con, I highly recommend spending a few hours there in the heat of the afternoon. Very reasonably priced for something similar to Bodhi in Perth. Thursday nights they have Balinese dancers at the hotel restaurant with a dinner, what a treat, this was great fun! Thank you to all the staff at Rama Phala, we have had a wonderful time 🙏💕

Great service, especially considering the value for price. A lot of different services available for all rates and needs. (many massage types, highly recommend the facials, etc). thanks particularly to Puspa who was truly great across all services!

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed a full-body Balinese massage at this spa, and we were lucky enough to have Puspa and Astri as our therapists. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Both Puspa and Astri were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage itself was just what we needed after a busy week. Their technique was perfect – a great balance of relaxation and muscle relief. We both felt like new people by the end! They really know how to work out any tension while keeping the experience peaceful and calming. We highly recommend asking for Puspa and Astri if you want a truly relaxing and rejuvenating Balinese massage. We’ll definitely be back next time we need to unwind!
