단점이라면.. 일반룸은 크기가 작았어요

Resort curato, pulito e ordinato, sempre attenti al cliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Piscine e vegetazione ben tenute. Personale sempre sorridente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consigliamo. Paola e Luca

Hai Tide resort is a perfect paradise Island escape for a weekend. Top notch service from start to finish. Their private sailing boat takes you across the water from Bali to Lembongan where your beach hut awaits. Just a few steps from your room you can swim in the ocean. All the staff are super friendly and a special mention to Agus who went out of his way when I lost my bag exploring on my scooter. My bag was actually found by a local person and another member of staff collected it for me the next day. That itself is a rarity anywhere in the world - a safe island where everyone knows everyone. You can't beat the beach front location as either a base or to not leave from and spend the whole time relaxing, swimming, snorkeling. The restaurant shares the epic ocean views and is a great place to eat, drink and hang out. If you literally want to wake up to the sounds of the waves on a beautiful island and put the sand between your toes and let the exceptionally hospitable staff take care of the rest then this is the place to go

Amazing stay at this gorgeous place. The most breathtaking views from the doorstep of our beachfront lumbungs. We had two lumbungs for our family of four which were kindly positioned next to each other. Both lumbungs were comfortable and provided everything you could need. Lovely food and drinks at both restaurants. The pizzas were a favourite. A trip out onto the pontoon for some fun is a must do. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive. We are already planning our next stay!

Beautiful resort with great facilities. 3 different restaurants/ bars. 2 are right on the beach. Gorgeous little huts that are clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. Linen and mosquito netting are all new and fresh. Staff are brilliant. Free inclusions too!

Hai Tide is the hotel for familia who want to relax on holiday. The pool and the accommodation units are right down on the beach as the ease of swimming in the sea while the children want to play in the pool. Facilities which include snorkelling, banana boat and SUP were much enjoyed by my son. There were many nice families there (mostly from Australia), all children playing together across nations and ages. Great. The massage at the hotel was both cheap and good. The only thing to be aware of with Hai Tide is that the bungalows are very small, really small. We couldn't unpack our suitcases because the bungalow is really just a big bed, but that wasn't a problem for us. We would love to come again, next time with less luggage ;)

We stayed in one of the villas down by the beach and it was an incredible experience to be that close to the sea and to wake up with the sound of the ocean. We were in a beach hut near to the restaurant so it was a bit noisy but everything else was great. The breakfast is very filling and there are lots of food choices for dinner and lunch. The hotel has their own pontoon with access to water sport activities as well and a free boat there and back!

From reception to departure, we experienced the friendliest staff and best service. The location on mushroom bay is so peaceful. Should our to great service by Desi, Kaduk, and August. We stayed in a family beach hut and the resort never seemed crowded. So glad we chose to stay here!

beautiful place with best services. food was amazing and 100% recommended. staff people are very helpful and provide best services so far in here. the room and bath room is very clean and good quality which equal to luxury type. thanks a lot :).
