Montigo offre un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente con una vasta gamma di servizi in loco. La sua posizione privilegiata vicino al Potato Head Beach Club e al Seminyak Village lo rende una scelta attraente per i viaggiatori che cercano sia relax che divertimento. Pro: Servizi estesi: goditi tre piscine, una spa, una sala giochi per bambini, una palestra, lezioni di boxe, lezioni di cucina e un ristorante. Posizione comoda: il Potato Head Beach Club è proprio accanto e il Seminyak Village e Square sono raggiungibili a piedi insieme a bar e pub. Camere pulite e spaziose: le camere sono generalmente pulite e offrono ampio spazio. Contro: Arredi per il bagno obsoleti: il soffione della doccia e il rubinetto del lavandino potrebbero trarre vantaggio da un aggiornamento, poiché mostravano segni di usura.

This hotel is in the heart of Seminyak next to Potato Head and W. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and they have 3 pools! Staff are also nice and attentive. Highly recommended!

The facility is clean and the workers are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Kids club was good, but most of the interesting activities required extra payment. We think the hotel needs to include more free activities on the kids club program. We lived on the ground floor, this is not ideal during raining season. The upper floor will be recommended during raining season. All in all we were satisfied with our stay at the facility.

Service is good and staffs friendly. Breakfast is good too. Need to improve on house cleaning as room feels filthy and dusty.

I've stayed more than 5 times in Montigo Resorts Nongsa (Batam) This was my first time staying with Montigo Resorts Seminyak. Initially i was worried, as Montigo Resorts Nongsa set their standards high. But when i arrived at Montigo Resorts Seminyak, they welcome us with warm smile and welcome drinks. Help us bring our luggages to our room. Upon entering the room i was shocked by the birthday decorations that i didn't request for. It's so heartwarming to receive the decorations and a birthday card. I wish i had a longer stay, everything was great here. Definitely will come back again.

Staff are very kind and the location us very convenient to go the beach clubs/ restaurants etc. The Spa is also very good and clean! Had a great time!

First time in Montigo hotel and it didn’t disappoint! Hotel looks grand! Room was huge with a big balcony that we enjoyed hanging around upon returning to room. The hotel is conveniently located in Seminyak with many good restaurants around. Potato head is just beside the hotel and it takes about 20mins by foot to Seminyak Village. What could improve would be to have shower curtain as the bathroom floor was wet after every shower Kudos to the housekeeper Adi who decorated my room with rose petals and a hand written card. What surprised me even more was the staff (Anggita and team) gathered to sing me happy birthday with a cake during breakfast. Thank you for the effort! It really made my birthday more special! 😍 I will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful resort. Awesome location. My kids enjoyed the kids club the most and did not want to leave. The kids club has different activities planned for kids throughout the day and the people watching them amazing! Great location, right next to potato head beach club. We will definitely be back

It’s worth the money,i stayed there for 3 days in a garden suite and the room was amazing,the bathroom super cool,the staff was super friendly and helpfull,great facilities and the breakfast was amazing,they give free night voucher for their sister hotel in batam,thankyou montigo,would definetly come back🫰🏻❤️

The first room we were allocated to had a leak and the staff moved us to a different room after, which we appreciated. However, the second room's air conditioner was not working well. The room didn't cool down even though we set the air con to the maximum. The insulation was also not optimal as we could hear the sound from the corridor outside and also from the pool. The location was great, though.

Customer service and front desk awesome. Big clap to Ms Roose and team. The only aberage part was on the variety of the breakfast.

Great location spacious room and great service

My toddler loved the kids club and pool! Kids club was huge and had a soft play area for babies and also an indoor playground and movie theatre. I personally loved the daily breakfast (especially the eggs station and the local offerings which change daily). Another huge plus was the Montigo Wellness spa where I had the BEST bamboo massage for a very affordable price and my therapist Tika was awesome! The service in Montigo was also top notch! I remember the friendly helpful staff eg Roos who remembered guests by first name! The location is also amazing as it’s next to potato head beach club and walking distance to ku de ta and a lot of great restaurants and cafes!

Our stay in Montigo resort was pleasant. Staffs were kind n polite, services were good n on time...the place was clean n neat...we went for massage 3x when we were there n the massage staff were very knowledgeable on their products....will recommend to others..
