Unfortunately, regarding the perfume that is defused in the hotel lobby there is not much we can do since it is brand standards. But we will still try our best to improve it.Considering move-detection lighting in the room we would like to say sorry that we could not meet your needs. Please let us know during Check-in on your next stay with us that you would like to turn this option off and we will be happy to do it for you.The To-Go beverages are served in plastic cups for safety reasons, sorry that we could not provide you with the glass ones.And please be assured that an appropriate training for F&B will be provided.Thank you once again for the time you spent on the review.
