Cheap but not the best. Room was great, but the toilets were dirty and smelled awfull. Customer service was great and access to building was perfect too.

kamar luas tp sepertinya perlu ditingkatkan kebersihannya. kebetulan dapat kamar mandi yg cahaya nya redup jadi kesannya serem. untung hotelnya ada di deket seminyak jadi gampang kemana mana.

Ужасно, очень грязно, неприятный запах, тараканы в номере, стены бумажные, слышно все разговоры. Переночевал одну ночь из трех и уехал. Не портите себе отдых

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Ho inviato 2 miei dipendenti a soggiornarvi per 2 notti e non ho mai visto un'hotel con un'attenzione e cura del cliente pari a zero, come in questo posto. I ragazzi sono arrivati, dopo 10 ore di traghetto e 2 di taxi, hanno chiesto di pagare tramite transfer instantaneo e gli e' stato risposto che non era possibile(in tutta l'indonesia si paga tramite transfer su banche locali). I ragazzi non avevano abbastanza contanti ne carte di credito per cui non potevano effettuare il pagamento. E'stato chiesto alla struttura di dargli la camera trattenendo i loro documenti fino al pagamento che avrebbero potuto effettuare da li a un'ora. Lo staff dell'albergo li ha invitati ad andare a prelevare i contanti in qualche modo, nonostante una pioggia battente che non accennava a smettere, senza ombrello ne niente e dopo un lungo viaggio. Non gli hanno voluto dare la stanza nemmeno trattenendo i documenti. Vergognatevi, se potevo darvi zero l'avrei fatto.

Viewed the first room and the wall and bathroom were covered in heavy mould. Asked to see three more different rooms and all had heavy mould and damp on one wall, dirty floors and most had lots of mould in the bathrooms. This is terrible for health and would make you ill - the hotel should not be allowed to put people in that situation and should close until the problem is solved. The hotel would not provide a refund and despite being so careful with my budget travelling, I had to make the decision for the first time to leave the hotel and have the money wasted. The hotel did not appear to care about the mould so unlucky this issue will be addressed by them. Please save your money and lungs and do not go here!

We stayed for the day as we had a late flight and we had to check out of our villa. Bathrooms need updating and are not the cleanest, towels were dirty with stains and loose threads. Was good for what we needed but I would not have liked to stay here overnight. Location was great. Pool area was fantastic.
