Il nostro soggiorno al The Tamarind di Lembongan è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e la gentilezza del personale ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Tya e Ade, che sono stati incredibilmente cordiali e premurosi durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La vista dall'hotel è mozzafiato, offrendo un panorama mozzafiato che ha reso ogni momento un sogno. Le camere sono spaziose e splendidamente progettate, offrendo un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La colazione è stata un delizioso inizio di giornata, con una varietà di deliziose opzioni per tutti i gusti. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno al The Tamarind è stato perfetto e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

An amazing, beautiful hotel, loved my stay. Room is basic but big, with a nice terrace. Breakfast is amazing with huge portions; I still dream about their Mie Goreng and smoothie bowl. This place has 3 pools, 2 of them infinity pools, and I had a whole pool to myself 2 days as there weren’t many guests (now is off season). Service was the best I’ve had in Bali- staff all remembered my name, nothing was too much for them to do. I had wanted to visit the spa at 7pm on my last night but it closed at 7, then reception called and said they would keep the spa open for me! Very much appreciated. I also spoke to the manager when I was checking out and he knew what my forward plans were and seemed genuinely interested in having a chat. Reception guy was from Penida so was able to help me get the boat transfer no problem. I will say if you want a room with a bathtub to double-check with the hotel when you book, as all the pictures showed bathtubs but turns out top floor rooms don’t have them. Every evening they give a turndown service and give you free cake; the only thing I would suggest is that they knock first, as each time they just walked into my room 😂 Thankfully I was clothed…Overall an amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

The staff was AMAZING from start to finish. The breakfast that was included in our stay was the best we had in Bali! Seriously! A la cart, Order as much as you wanted! Everything was so fresh.

在島上住了6天, 順帶考個潛水證。這個酒店已經是島上比較好的酒店了,起碼在價格上是了。 但是酒店房間不大, 衞生間淋浴和浴缸還是合設的,太不方便了! 再吐槽一下 衞生間的格局就跟電影裏監獄的樣子似得… 酒店內部和外部環境還是可以, 內部有三個泳池, 最深的2米,還挺好。外部因為坐落位置相對較高,視野比較好,能直接看海以及主街道。 餐食方面還可以, 價格也不貴。 另外值得説一下,酒店可以幫定其他公司船票,區別某寶上的, 這個船全程不用濕腳,直接甲板登船,很好。

Prenotazione effettuata e pagata tramite ******* in data 27.05.2022 per una camera matrimoniale superior dal 24 al 26 agosto 2022. Un mese prima di recarci sul posto chiedo conferma della prenotazione, ricevendo riscontro positivo; una settimana prima contatto tramite whatsapp l’hotel richiedendo consigli sul traghetto da prenotare da Gili Air a Nusa Lembongan (senza ricevere enormi consigli); un giorno prima, sempre su whatsapp, comunico che saremmo arrivati verso le 4.30 del pomeriggio, partendo da Gili Air alle 2 e comunicando la compagnia del fastboat. Arriviamo alle 5 dopo un viaggio movimentato (come da prassi sulle fastboat, niente di nuovo!) a Nusa Lembongan, dove veniamo accolti sulla spiaggia da due ragazzi dello staff dell’hotel davvero gentili e simpatici (Puspa uno dei due di cui ricordo il nome!! Grazie Puspa!) ed attendiamo le nostre valige, che devono essere scaricate dallo staff della fastboat. Nel frattempo, credevamo pour parler, ci raccontano che in quei giorni è in corso un wedding party di clienti australiani che han prenotato tutto il resort ed un altro intero hotel. Qualche pensiero in merito l’abbiamo fatto ma senza darci troppo peso.. Dopo un’oretta circa, verso le 6, veniamo accompagnati finalmente al tamarind, pregustando un po’ di riposo ed una bella doccia! Veniamo “consegnati” al resort manager che, facendoci sedere e dandoci un welcome drink, ci comunica che la nostra camera ha avuto un guasto e non possono ospitarci, ma che non abbiamo di che preoccuparci perché “ho pensato ad una sistemazione eccellente per voi”. Comunicando il nostro disappunto e constatando “pubblicamente” la sua mancanza di professionalità (avrebbe avuto tanti momenti per comunicarci tutto quanto dato che il problema è il wedding party e nessun altro guasto!) chiediamo di accompagnarci nella nostra alternativa sistemazione…. Ovvero un hotel 5 stelle (che di 5 stelle non aveva nulla…….ma proprio nulla, a partire dal servizio sino ad arrivare alla piscina ed alla colazione). Per scusarsi per l’accaduto il manager, sempre con il solito sorriso stampato in viso, ci ha consegnato una busta con un credito da utilizzare presso alcuni (2) ristoranti dell’isola, anche questi squallidi (in base alle recensioni di TripAdvisor) ed ovviamente da noi non utilizzato e riconsegnato al mittente dopo le due notti trascorse nella sostitutiva sistemazione, riconsegnando a mano la busta di scuse. Esperienza squallida la nostra al tamarind resort, conclusasi dopo alcune settimane dal nostro rientro con il rimborso del 50% di quando pagato a maggio 2022, post controversia aperta con *******. A mio avviso… il posto probabilmente (già, di fatto non ci hanno fatto quasi neanche entrare!) sarà anche bello, ma sicuramente la professionalità e la capacità nel gestire un hotel non sanno neanche cosa sia. Preparatevi a sorprese……!!!!!!!

Harry at Tamerind was so amazing! He helps us every time we come to Tamerind he looks after us so well. The food for breakfast was delicious. Thank you Harry, we look forward to seeing you every time we come. Harry gave us lots of recommendations for our stay on the island. The hotel vibe is so relaxing.

The Tamarind Resort Hotel was a wonderful experience. I know many people complain of the stairs but you are located on the hill and have a magnificent view. I enjoyed the pool and views. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. The food is very good and fresh. During my stay I had a motorbike accident, and locals were so helpful and the hotel staff was just as kind, they checked on me and offered to bring a doctor in if we needed. The staff was spot on and kind. We had great conversations with them and they were happy to be there and enjoyed their jobs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful spot, room was spacious with fantastic views. Bed was comfortable and pillows soft. Staff and food were fabulous too. My only negative is this place is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are lots of steps. Didn’t worry us but without a lift it would be an issue for elderly or disabled.

Harry made our stay at Tamarind Resort one to remember. From the start, he was friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was setting up activities, giving us local tips, or just checking in to see how things were going, he was consistently thoughtful and professional. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. He made everything easier and more enjoyable, and we really appreciated his kindness throughout our stay. The staff were incredible, all went way above and beyond in kindness and service. Our Villa was superb, the location of this Resort was perfect, close to everything and also very secluded up on the hill. Meals were delicious and the choice for pools perfect. Complete rest and will definately stay here next visit to NL.

We loved our stay at The Tamarind Resort. Room was fantastic (3 bedroom villa) and had everything we need for a family of five. Staff were fantastic. Our youngest got ill in the middle of the night and staff called a doctor who came to the room. No fuss and all done before daylight ! Breakfast was great and location was very central to Playgrounds and area around The Deck. Highly recommend
