A fabulous hotel! New, clean, large and beautiful rooms. It's very quiet and relaxing, just you and the sound of the water. The staff is professional and nice. I am very glad that I took the risk and chose this hotel.

Had amazing stay at Adiwana Riverfront 👍

New hotel and only have been in operation for around 1 month. It was evident that Staff lacked training, and for a hotel of this price, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication in English. There was no Wi-Fi available on arrival until approximately an hour later once we had raised the issue. Being next to a river there were a lot of mosquitoes. Make sure you ask for not one but two electric insect repellants as one was not able to cover the entirety of the bed. I ended up with over 10 mosquito bites in one night. There should definitely be mosquito nets provided and proper insect treatment. Also, the TV was not fully operational and that the in-house menu was not loading. Unlike other restaurants around this price range where there was Netflix available, nothing was available here. Additionally, there was no 24 hour reception service which meant that we had to suffer until the morning when they had answered the WhatsApp message. The property across the river also had events overnight and started playing loud music early in the morning which meant that we could not sleep in in silence. Furthermore, there was also construction noise nearby in the morning. Breakfast was also awful to say the least. Not only was the variety limited but it was also limited in the number of choices we could make - again very different to the experience we have had for other hotels in this price range. Overall, a lot to improve on. Perhaps the hotel can also invest in a lift. A lot of stairs, and limited safety measures in place. This could go terribly wrong for someone with walking difficulties or of short stature.

Мы второй раз на Бали и в этот раз решили начать с Убуда. Очень хотелось уединения, тишины и спокойствия. Совершенно случайно попался нам этот отель. Отзывов не было, когда мы бронировали, так как отель только открылся, но мы решили рискнуть. Ни разу не пожалели о своем выборе. Новый отель в джунглях, внизу течёт река. Просторные виллы со всеми удобствами. Засыпаешь и просыпаешься под шум реки и птиц. Вокруг нереальная красота. 50 оттенков зелени. Хочется все это впитывать на максимум и наслаждаться, чтобы хватило надолго. Шикарный ресторан при отеле. Нереально вкусные завтраки, да и все остальное тоже на уровне. Работают очень отзывчивые ребята: Yuni, Ari, Sri, Lanang - остальных имён не запомнила. Всем большое спасибо за отдых.

Siamo stati all’Adiwana Unagi Riverfront per 5 notti, con la mia famiglia. È stato un soggiorno magnifico, che non posso fare altro che consigliare caldamente a chi venga a Bali e voglia visitare l’interno dell’isola, senza stare nel centro di Ubud che è veramente eccessivamente caotico. La struttura è splendida, ed il servizio veramente eccellente. Ci hanno ospitato, senza chiedessimo questo upgrade, in una villa privata a poca distanza dalla struttura: villa stupenda, con molto più di ogni comfort immaginabile. Ma al di là della struttura, veramente bella, quello che vale è la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità di tutto lo staff, a partire alla Yuni e Rika. Ci hanno supportato, sin dalla pianificazione del viaggio dall’Italia, per organizzare le escursioni migliori, per gestire tutti i trasferimenti che abbiamo fatto, e soprattutto ci hanno supportato con un livello di gentilezza, partecipazione e professionalità veramente eccezionali in alcuni giorni nei quali, purtroppo, nostro figlio più piccolo si è ammalato per un virus contratto probabilmente prima dell’arrivo a Bali. Un ringraziamento davvero sincero per tutto quanto, ed un ricordo che porteremo sempre con noi.

Absolutely loved my stay in Ubud! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the jungle and rice fields, with a stylish modern design that feels both elegant and cozy. can’t say enough good things about my stay at Adiwana Unagi Riverfront! This resort is an absolute hidden gem in Ubud, Bali. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The setting is absolutely magical, right on the River, surrounded by lush jungle and the soothing sound of flowing water. The views are breathtaking, and every corner of the resort feels like it was designed for pure relaxation. I stayed in one of the riverfront villas, and it was a dream private pool, open-air lounge area, and total tranquility. Every detail of the room was thoughtfully crafted with a perfect balance of modern luxury and traditional Balinese charm. The infinity pool overlooking the river is a real highlight – I spent hours just gazing out at the stunning landscape. The dining options were also exceptional whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast or a fine dining experience, the flavors and presentation are top-notch. Don’t miss out on the spa treatments they left me feeling completely rejuvenated. What can’t say enough good things about my stay at Adiwana Unagi Riverfront! A gem in the middle of a jungle. A must visit property. They are newly opened but have done a wonderful job with paying attention to minutest of details. The villas are super nice, spacious with high ceilings. Each villas has a decent size private pool, nice views of the green spaces around and the bathrooms are equally big with amazing shower area. Rooms are properly cordoned off to protect against the unwanted guests (the creepy crawlies and the mosquitoes). Staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. Highlight of the property is also their chef who cooks these sumptuous personalized meals for you each time. Arabica coffee, fruits, eggs Benedict, Nasi Goreng are all made to perfection. My only suggestion is to introduce heating to the pools as the water did get quite cold even though we were here in August.

It was amazing. The room was fantastic and very clean and pleasant. New hotel place however everything ran smooth and all the staff were very nice
