From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Cosa dire l'hotel, rispetto al prezzo di 200 euro, Wen ha detto: 1/ l'hotel è nuovo, la stanza ha balcone, la stanza non è grande, la decorazione non è buona. 2/ Posso vedere il mare lontano sul balcone, non una prima linea di vista.Ho deciso di avere una grande stanza di vista del mare, RMB 1600 yuan 3/ piscine al tetto è buona, si può vedere il sole di notte 4/ uscire è un quartiere caldo, molti bianchi, con bar caldi Il ristorante. 5/ Il personale è molto amichevole Non basta. 1/ dice che è il panorama del mare, ma la prima cosa che si trova sul balcone è un terreno di rottura di erba selvaggia, e il retro del mare può anche vedere il retro del pavimento. 2/ Il bagno all'hotel è molto semplice e il pannolino è molto ricco 3/ senza giacca, senza guancia, solo un guancia USB e un caricatore di tipo C, non c'è nessun mini 4/1600 Non contiene colazione, ci sono circa 120 yuan di yuan per colazione singolo, e si può ordinare un piatto singolo per il pasto, metà autoassistenza. Il rapporto di prezzo non è alto.

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato un'esperienza fin dall'inizio. Da un servizio eccellente da tutti i membri del personale in ogni punto dell'hotel fino alle strutture impressionanti come lobby e piscina, ero sempre in paura del mio tempo lì. La stanza standard che ho prenotato era anche estremamente spaziosa e concessa con pensiero + la selezione del colazione era spettacolare.

Highly recommended! My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights over the New Years eve! We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic service! The staff are very friendly and can communicate well. We feel safe and secured inside the hotel. It has a big swimming pool! The hotel smells really Also, the best thing about this hotel is they cater for people with food allergens. My daughter has nuts allergy and Il am coeliac I can’t have gluten but they have an amazing chefs who looked after us.

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

Very very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.
