Great hotel! Beautiful view. food and drinks @ naga bar are super tasty and the service by Adee and Dita spot on! Extensive breakfast with good service by Tya. A warm welcome every morning. Located just outside Ubut but easy to reach with the free shuttle bus. Rooms spacious, neat and clean. All in all a super nice hotel that we recommend to everyone.

Il personale è incredibile, anche la posizione, ma non vi lasceranno nemmeno 500 metri dall'esterno dell'hotel per niente quando possono con la loro navetta. Ma ti chiameranno un taxi pagato:-)

Sanctoo staff were all respectful and went the extra mile for us especially the two ladies who checked us in. The room is little tired however still very nice. One advice to the hotel is to please upgrade the food quality, we stayed at 5 different hotels during our time in Bali and Sanctoo’s food was the worst in terms of quality of the food and presentation. Breakfast buffet is a very sad experience with hardly anything on offer. We did however enjoy our floating breakfast besides the food. The staff are very gifted individuals in hospitality and for that reason alone I would come back.

The hotel is a little out of the way amidst rice fields which is great but while it is quaint to have a view of the rice fields, it isn’t very nice to have the people working hard in the fields look in on the privileged relaxing and enjoying themselves. Even though this isn’t a particularly expensive hotel, and is more in line with being 4 star instead of 5 and is quite affordable for much of the younger crowd, the fact that it is away from the main centre of Ubud means that it isn’t a party hotel which was a nice thing. Quite a few young couples on what looked like their first lovers’ holiday to Bali which was cute. The main pool looked a bit cloudy from the sunblock of the people using it so we kept to the villa pool. The villa was nice and well equipped. Just a couple of niggling things, each room and living room was separate had their own card reader door open to the outside which automatically locked when it was shut. So to prevent insects entering we closed the doors after moving through and had to always use the keys so we were always looking for the keys even when just going to get some water or wash out hands. Also many of these villas in these types of developments tend to be investment properties and while nice, the quality of some things like the door frames and sliding rails were not if the best quality and the doorframe and closer was already damaged as soft wood was used. Not an issue for someone staying but if I were the investor I wouldn’t be happy about it. The food from the restaurant was excellent. Service was excellent too. The living room pavilion was cosy and we are there one evening but an annoying thing is that there is no sink. So we couldn’t wash our hands or cups after having coffees etc. besides that since the place is newish, it is great that there were modern tv’s and lots of universal powerpoints throughout the villas. There is only one shuttle trip back from Ubud town centre at 6:30 so plan your day/evening. I would advise the hotel to have a another shuttle at 7pm to Ubud with a second return at 7:30 just because it would give people the option to head there after lunch at 3pm and come back to the hotel for dinner on that later shuttle.

Non è certo un trucco di lattanti, ma per il prezzo è solo un fuoco. Un accogliente amichevole, molto pulito nella stanza.

Un fantastico appartamento vicino a Ubud! Il Westin Ubud Resort ha la piscina più grande e più lussuosa di qualsiasi hotel Ubud con vista panoramica della giungla. I risultati sono foto molto belle. Mi piaceva davvero il colazione all'hotel. Un grande buffet variava da somma asiatica alla delicatezza europea. Vogliamo ringraziare la receptionista - la signorina Vania per il suo cuore gentile e il suo bel sorriso. L'anno prossimo cercheremo di tornare a questa oasi tropicale di verde, lusso e pace!

Non e' stato male, ma può migliorare.

Apprezzi molto il personale che lavora qui. Alcune questioni minori con l'organizzazione delle cose, ma come richiesto, cercherebbero di rispondere il più rapidamente possibile e il più utile possibile. Il ristorante era bello e io avevo cena con vista al sole. A volte può prendere cibo di noce lungo era bello e preparato con cuore. I chip di patate a casa vincevano il mio cuore. Il colazione era semplice, ma più che sufficiente e delizioso. Il caffè era buono. Molti uccelli nel resort sono così ambienti uccelli che si aspettano.

This place is a must, as the staff are OUTSTANDING. I had an issue with noise from another room and they promptly solved the issue with kindness...they go above and beyond to make you feel like you are really at HOME. The grounds are beautiful. I will definitely return here...Thank u Kajane Team!!!!!

Mr Wayan the owner of The Swaha Hotel, was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. He helped us workout our sight seeing plans and also arranged for our transport and even drove us to and fro on short trips. He picked us up from the airport, which was complimentary, and also drove us to the airport at the very early hour of 4 AM. Though it is a small hotel it has all the amenities and Mr Wayan’s warm, chatty and helpful nature more than makes up for any lack . We did not try the food there so cannot comment on it. We loved our weeks stay at Bali .
