Hotel in zona Blue Point beach, Bali

Check-in was delayed as the housekeeping department needed more time to ensure that the room is in good condition. Stayed in the Buyan room for 3 days, 2 nights and was disappointed with how noisy the room was; the noise came from the pool and it is constantly noisy. I also requested to borrow a universal plug but service staff mentioned that all of theirs were on loan to others. Even till the next day, there isn't one that was provided to me. Thankfully a staff was kind enough to lend me his personal charger for a few hours upon request. The entire stay at the villa was not entirely a pleasant one. For instance, the bath tub is faulty and water keeps draining away. During check-out, I was also accused of drinking a can of Cola from their mini-bar. Villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the main road. Pros: friendly staff, good dining options at the main road, lift access to the room, complimentary drinking water, spacious room Cons: as mentioned above

La posizione è buona e vicino a GWK e all'aeroporto. Tutto il cibo è buono. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ho lasciato le mie cose al beach club e sono riusciti a riconsegnarmele lo stesso giorno. Le piscine sono eccellenti, soprattutto la piscina nella giungla. Anche la SPA è fantastica. Ma non posso dire di essere soddisfatto della stanza. Il bagno ha il design peggiore che abbia mai visto. La prevenzione dell'acqua è fatta in modo terribile. Ogni volta che facciamo la doccia, l'acqua scorre sul pavimento e non si asciuga più dopo un'intera notte. Molto deluso per questo. Ho incollato l'immagine qui sotto.

Very very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

La villa con piscina era fantastica, due ampie camere da letto e bagni con una piscina di buone dimensioni e un divano letto per rilassarsi. Il personale era molto gentile e sempre felice di aiutare. Il cibo era buono e una nota speciale a Frida al ristorante per l'ottimo servizio e sempre con un sorriso. Anche la spa è molto buona e un ringraziamento speciale al personale della spa. Altamente raccomandato. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Prima di prenotare, stavo ancora discutendo se prenotare il Ritz-Carlton o il Kempinski Alla fine, ho deciso di prenotare qui dopo aver visto che il Kempinski era un anno nuovo. Anche se non è un arredamento appartato o in stile B&B che mi piace, anche il suo design moderno è fantastico e darà alle persone una sensazione molto nobile quando soggiornano qui. Servizio: il servizio e le disposizioni in ogni collegamento sono molto buoni, molto educati e il problema viene risolto in modo tempestivo. Ambiente: è un buon posto per portare i bambini in vacanza. L'hotel è troppo grande. Il cibo cinese/occidentale/giapponese può soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Tutte le strutture di intrattenimento sono fantastiche. Puoi davvero goderti tutto senza lasciare l'hotel. L'hotel mi ha aggiornato gratuitamente a una tipologia di camera, con una piscina indipendente, il che è fantastico ~

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a beautiful resort with a lot to offer. The beach is nice and relaxing. The serving staff on the beach was quick and friendly! The food and service at the breezes restaurant was good. All of the staff was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I love the noodle/soup station. The waffles and pancakes were sweet. The fresh juice options were delicious. I loved how they were willing to bring anything we order to tables. The Breezes lounge staff were very polite and friendly! The fish dishes were scrumptious. We also enjoyed hookah there for a couple of nights and they used fresh fruit which was nice! The hotel provided us with an adapter, for our chargers, which was very helpful. We didn’t use the buggy pickup and drop off service much as our Villa was in walking distance to everything. The main pools were at a good temperature same as the one in our Villa. I really appreciated that they allowed us to check in early as our room was available. The high and low tides of the beach were great! We were able to enjoy both! Although I had a great stay, there are a few things that were under high praise. 1. We booked the pavilion villa with a private pool. The private Villa pool we were assigned was not actually private. We shared the pool with one other villa. So that was a huge disappointment since it was advertised as a private pool. 2. I understand it is a nice resort but I felt the prices for restaurants were tad bit high. Many things were overpriced. 3. At the Beach Grill, you cannot receive ice water you have to purchase their bottled water products. Also, we were very disappointed in the surf and turf buffet offered on Thursdays. It was advertised as a full feast of surf and turf however, you were given the option of choosing one main entree. There was hardly a variety of food options and the limited Buffett sides, as it was advertised as a beach Bbq buffet. They were very accommodating to the grill the few cold shrimps we chose off the buffet. Besides these things, my stay was very relaxing and fun! I enjoyed my vacation as it wasn’t first time to visit Bali but this resort.

Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

Hotel carino situato all’interno di uno dei più bei centri commerciali di Kuta, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia di Kuta Beach. Camere piccole, colazione discreta, ma ottimo da usare come base e per esplorare le xone come Ubud, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu e Nusa Penida. Ci sono tante attività adatte per grandi e piccoli, tra cui i pod con tablet per giocare, una ps5, lego e una ruota della fortuna per vincere un Wok o un gelato. Ha una posizione strategica per la vita notturna di Kuta, dal momento che vicino all’albergo è pieno di ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo. Al secondo piano c’è un giardino amplio con bar. Le stanze sono piccoline, ma tutto sommato l’ho trovato discreto. L’albergo è ottimo per soggiorni brevi specie se si è in procinto di partire presso l’aeroporto, he dista tra i 20 e i 30 minuti in macchina.

The room has enough space for two. Comfortable enough. Kettler, coffee maker, iron provided in the room. But nothing special. My room’s view is trash (literally trash), so I closed the curtain all the time. I don’t like the bathroom layout that looks more like budget hotels to save space. My door lock was damaged and I was too lazy to call them since I only stayed one night. I brought a sciccor in my luggage and they didn’t let me bring it in the room (they checked by x-ray). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Location is good, 800meters only to Beachwalk.
