From the moment we arrived we were treated like kings. The service was flawless and the team demonstrated a genuine interest in our happiness and great experience. The villa was spotless and the housekeeping team had great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, all the food fresh and delicious. We had a private dinner setup in our villa one night which was incredible! The table setup / flower filled pool / candles everywhere in hand made holders to the service and food! Such a great night. Overall a fantastic stay and well worth a visit. The villa, the views, the peace and quiet top notch

We spent 3 nights at Suites Room 103 and got a memorable experience here. This property has a good vibe, good amenities, and perfect staff. They always smile and offer help for anything you need. The reception goes beyond warm and helpful: they order a suprise cake for my son's birthday! What I love the most is the villa’s pool is so spacious and perfect. They have infinity pool that simply breathtaking! The breakfast is tasty, and they have many options, for lunch and dinner too. Overall, it was really great! We will definitely come back again.

Come fan di Aman, ho iniziato ufficialmente il mio tour mondiale di Aman dopo il mio ritiro. La prima tappa è stata questo Aman di 35 anni (aperto nel 1989), il secondo Aman al mondo. Inutile dire che il servizio è dello stesso standard elevato di sempre e anche le camere e la sala da pranzo sono molto balinesi. Ho sperimentato in particolare il servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto, che è andato ben oltre le aspettative. Se vuoi chiedermi il motivo, lo saprai dopo averlo sperimentato di persona... ahah

Posizione fantastica e una fantastica villa sul fiume! Se sogni di visitare la giungla, allora vai sicuramente a Bali e soggiorna a Sayan! L'hotel è fuso con la giungla stessa e la vista sul fiume è mozzafiato! Il servizio è impeccabile e il personale è super cordiale. Abbiamo provato la colazione, il pranzo e la cena nel resort e anche il cibo non ci ha deluso! Gustosi, colorati e pieni di sapori, i pasti sono stati una vera delizia per il palato. :))

The Dinara was even better than I had expected. I stayed for five nights in the Dinara Suite, which was an amazing room, and was surprised that at the end of the afternoon they offered turndown service. An immediate luxury feeling! Staff was super friendly, too. But most impressed I was with the Melali restaurant. This was amazing. They have the best food, good breakfast menu, but I ended up eating there every day for dinner as well. They also brought food and drinks to your room upon request. The only thing I found disappointing is that - even having eaten there 2 times a day for 5 consecutive days and was a hotel guest - I requested an additional slice of sour dough during my last meal with a glass of water, and this was initially charged on the bill. Don’t get me wrong, I am used to paying what I used, but one slice of toast… It didn’t feel customer friendly to me and was a bit of a downer after all the great experiences I had. But all in all - great room, great service and now having returned home, I still would rate this as the best restaurant during a 4 week stay in Bali.

It’s not a bad hotel. To summarize I’ll write pros and cons- Pros- service, quiet area, amazing staff, very helpful. Specially Dewi, Arira or similar best staff ever. This hotel people only come for the service but everything else is just below average. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But this experience made me do so. Cons- Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Even after asking the IT guy who said he’ll do something but actually didn’t do anything. As it had speed or 3mbps and kept on dropping. - Buffet breakfast - very average, the staff tries hard to please you. But the food is very very average. I mean not even 1 proper bakery items. Balinese coffee just doesn’t cut it. I’ll give it a rating 3/10. - Rooms are basic, pretty old, beds make squeaking noise, suites have nice view but everything looks old. - There is no afternoon tea although there is a sign in the lobby that states there is. - shuttle only runs twice a day 11am and 4pm. This hotel is about 8kms away from Ubud main shops. And the shops around the hotels aren’t many. - Spa at hotel - OMG don’t even try it! I had booked and got this oldish lady “Ayu”. Who basically was just touching my body and not even putting any effort. I literally had to leave the massage after telling her about 10 times to put more pressure. And then she tried to charge me for the whole hour which I disputed and then she said ok I’ll charge you for 30mins. I asked her if she has another staff which I did see when I started the massage. And she says no we don’t have anyone. Worst massage ever!!! - You must rent a bike to enjoy if you do decide to stay in this hotel. - Food and beverages are expensive compared to shops around the place but the service is amazing. For example an Ice coffee is $5.50AUD which is what I get in Australia. And veggie Pizza is around $10. Bring your wall plug converter if you are staying at this place. Villas were amazing as due to great staff I got to see inside them. Suites- are just standard bedrooms with balconies. Rooms have jet pumps to wash ur bottom, has hair dryers, small empty bar fridge. House keeping staff are amazing. The shuttle to Ubud shops you must book them before hand. There is a river that runs but you won’t be able to see it as the small trees that grew around it has blocked all the view. Pool is small but nice, there are towels and hot shower options. - TV only has channels which aren’t in English and the network is so bad that you can’t even watch it. Very old TV’s in suites. - you can rent small scooters for about 100k IDR from hotel.

Our third stay at Dwaraka was just as amazing as before. This small boutique hotel is stunning. The staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is situated just outside Ubud. We walked into Ubud centre easily but wouldn’t do it in the dark due to the lack of street lights and pavements. But the hotel run a complimentary shuttle service or a taxi is cheap. There are a few good restaurants close by. We stayed in a pool villa looking over the small rice fields. The villa is very big and very beautiful as is the garden and pool. We felt really spoiled and privileged to be staying in such a wonderful villa. We have also stayed in one of the regular rooms on a previous visit. These are lovely too and also very big with wonderful views from the large balcony. There are two gorgeous shared pools and you have them almost to yourself. They close one off for you if you want to have a floating breakfast. Breakfast is fantastic. We only had a couple of meals in the restaurant. We found the food quite expensive compared to similar restaurants in the area, although not the drinks. The food was good depending on what you choose. The local dishes were probably the best. The private romantic BBQ was fabulous. We booked direct with the hotel and took the package which included an airport pick up, hour long massage for two and a private romantic BBQ dinner. All in all fantastic value and difficult to beat. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Dwaraka and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who know how to treat their guests.

Un posto bellissimo con tanto potenziale ma.... Durante la nostra prima notte, abbiamo sentito un topo che girava sul tetto per tutta la notte. Ci siamo svegliati e abbiamo trovato cacca di topo ovunque, anche vicino al letto. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e non abbiamo sentito più nulla di notte dopo aver cambiato la nostra stanza, ma ogni mattina abbiamo trovato cacca di topo vicino al letto. Inoltre, non poter utilizzare Grab è un grosso problema. Gli autisti locali fanno pagare una quantità ridicola di denaro, quindi se hai intenzione di fare un giro nel centro di Ubud, questo resort non fa per te.

Recentemente siamo tornati da Bali e abbiamo iniziato il nostro viaggio al Pari Sudha a Ubud. Quando siamo arrivati era tardi e molto buio e per essere onesti, quando siamo arrivati, eravamo un po' preoccupati per quello che ci aspettavamo, come ci trovavamo in una zona molto locale che sembrava molto indebolita. Una volta camminato sulle strade per arrivare all'hotel, ci piaceva vedere un posto così bello. È stata un'esperienza per tutti noi, i miei 16 e 14 anni sono usati per hotel di natura diversa e questo è stato un bel cambiamento. Le camere erano pulite e ben guardate. Svegliarsi al mattino davanti alla giungla, e tutti i colori e i suoni erano davvero carini. Il personale è così gentile e utile e andare fuori dal loro modo per aiutare in ogni modo possibile. La colazione era fab! Se stai cercando un piccolo hotel con una differenza, lontano da tutto in tranquillità allora questo è certamente valente la pena di considerare. Molto consigliata. Grazie a tutti i meravigliosi staff per rendere magica la nostra permanenza.
