La posizione è buona e il servizio di ricezione è buono. Tuttavia, non hanno fornito alcun canale TV e possono usare YouTube solo per intrattenimento in camera. La preparazione per la stanza non è buona perché non si alzano il sapone. Io stavo facendo il bagno a metà strada e la sapone era finita, non era fornita la roba libera, non era fornita la sapone di mano, non era affatto profumata.

酒店在馬路邊上，不偏僻，走路幾分鐘就是街道，算是鬧中取靜。 院子很大，衞生間也很大，泳池可以游泳，拍照出片。 性價比真的不錯，畢竟這麼大別墅，在國內千把塊想都不敢想! 服務也不錯，早餐可以送到房間，提個小建議，炒粉有點鹹。 其他都很滿意，完美！

We recently stayed for two nights at Berry Amour Romantic Villas in Bali for our honeymoon, and the experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly pampered. A personalized welcome video, thoughtfully displayed on our room’s TV, greeted us upon arrival, setting the tone for the romantic and attentive service we received throughout our stay. The villa itself was a dream—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private pool. The romantic decor and serene ambiance made it the perfect retreat for couples. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying floating breakfasts in our private pool for two days. The presentation was stunning, and the food was fresh and delicious—a delightful way to start each morning. We also indulged in a hot stone couple’s massage at the villa, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were skilled, and the experience left us feeling completely refreshed. The staff were attentive, warm, and always eager to make our stay as special as possible. The peaceful location provided an ideal escape while still being conveniently close to Seminyak’s attractions. Berry Amour Romantic Villas truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a honeymoon or a romantic getaway, this is the perfect destination. Thank you to the entire team for creating such unforgettable memories for us!

Ho pagato un extra per la Suite Luna di Miele e sono rimasto molto deluso. Era al piano terra senza vista e proprio accanto alla rumorosa discoteca. È stata la notte di sonno peggiore che ho avuto in un hotel da molto tempo. Le pareti sono sottilissime e si sente tutti nei corridoi. Per il prezzo, ci sono opzioni migliori. Il personale è stato cordiale e una buona scelta a colazione. La piscina era ok, un po' stanca. L'aria condizionata e il letto erano buoni. La stanza era pulita.

For the amount I paid, I really can’t complain. The villa was spacious, and beautifully designed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could be stronger, but it was within the acceptable range. Caught mice two days in a row in the kitchen - this could be a turn-off to some people! Fortunately the bedroom was free of pests. The management provided house-cleaning as well as turn-down service daily. The pool is private, if it helps.

Our stay at Potato Head Suites & Studios was absolutely perfect! The staff’s hospitality was incredible - they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Our studio, while cosy, felt spacious enough for the two of us. We especially loved the little touches, like being able to make our own cocktails. The hotel itself offered so many activities - we really enjoyed the Jamu workshop, and the gym had excellent facilities. A special highlight was the Dome restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service by Troy was impeccable. Every dish was a 10/10! It’s hard to think of anything that could have been better. We’ll definitely recommend Potato Head to anyone visiting Bali and can’t wait to come back ourselves.

The Alila Seminyak is a beautiful hotel, a bit on the expensive side. Food was delicious, breakfast was spectacular with many hot and cold choices, including an ala carte menu. Rooms were luxurious and well appointed. The footpaths outside of the resort are in a poor state and unsafe, we ended up taking cabs even for short trips. Light switches in the rooms are overly complicated.

Sono molto soddisfatto del loro servizio. Soprattutto, quando sono arrivato all'hotel con un danno mi hanno aiutato come primo aiuto. Lo apprezzo. Tuttavia, una piccola cosa che dovrebbero risolvere è stato il suono AC. Vorrei che fosse sostituito o risolto. Ci vediamo la prossima volta.

Outstanding 11 out of 10 experience in this sensational hotel. Truly world-class service and facilities. When choosing to stay at this hotel it will be everything you expect plus so much more! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Salila. La piscina e il paesaggio hanno reso l'hotel davvero unico. La stanza era grande e confortevole. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile. Siamo rimasti sorpresi di trovare un elenco dettagliato nella stanza che dettaglia quanto ti verrà addebitato se un oggetto nella stanza viene danneggiato o rovinato. Sono sicuro che abbiano avuto molti problemi per giustificare l'elenco. L'unico motivo per cui ho valutato la posizione come 4 è a causa del traffico. L'hotel è situato vicino alla spiaggia e dispone di un breve percorso a piedi, si trova anche nelle vicinanze di molti famosi bar e ristoranti di Seminyak e c'è un Circle K proprio alla fine del percorso. Ma il traffico sulla strada immediatamente fuori era sufficiente per non farci voler lasciare l'hotel.
