The hotel is super clean❤️stuff is friendly. The location is nice. It takes around 30 mins go to the beach. Around 10 mins if you are going by bike. The is a street over there where you can find a lot of cafes and restaurants 🤩 very quiet and cozy place.

What truly set Potato Head apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. As followers of a strict Buddhist diet, we were delighted to find that the chef at the vegan restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. They personally greeted us and prepared a special menu tailored to our requirements. We were even surprised with a thoughtful takeaway lunch prepared by Budi, a staff member from the vegan restaurant. The attention to detail and the effort to make us feel comfortable was truly commendable. Our entire stay at Potato Head was nothing short of impeccable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and fulfilling experience. We land Bali and arrive very early at W Hotel. The staff is nice and let us check in earlier at 10:30am so that we can take rest and enjoy the villa with sun shine. The pool is fantastic and the room got all the stuff we needed. The price is a little bit high but it is worth it.

Questo hotel ha buoni dipendenti, un prezzo pulito, amichevole, un buon servizio e una buona posizione.È vicino a doppia spiaggia e circondato da tanti caffè, ristorante e spa. Hanno piscina e angolo per parlare o avere ospiti visitati.

La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, ma purtroppo tutte le porte sul mio piano erano abbastanza dure da aprire e chiudere, così farà un grande suono in tutte le nostre camere. La posizione è facile da trovare e vicino al circolo k.

Il prezzo è davvero economico, adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia o per chi viaggia da solo, 150 rupie al giorno con cibo, è già molto economico, l'hotel è buono, pulito, l'aria condizionata è fredda, la posizione è strategica, non è difficile trovare cibo, solo acqua calda, il bollitore elettrico non è disponibile, si prega di riparare quelle strutture a parte quella, il servizio completo è sicuro. I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
