Hotel in zona Al Ikhlas Mosque Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Overall experience was good. We have a pleasant stay. Directly attached to a mall, nearby full of restaurants and shops, very close to the beach. Very nice staff who greet you every time. Breakfast is decent. There are still rooms for improvement. Appreciate if the hair dryer can be permanently available in all rooms but not on request and need to request on daily basis. Sound proof is on poor side especially during peak season and there are some guests who like to make noise at 3am and hotel repair work that is done at midnight. The jam outside the hotel main road is super bad, a disaster if you need to travel outside.

Si consiglia all'hotel di predisporre alcuni segnali di orientamento Complessivamente La posizione è comoda e relativamente nuova La colazione è ricca e anche l'atteggiamento del personale del ristorante è OK. Il direttore del ristorante ha eccellenti capacità comunicative Dopo aver chiacchierato con un altro tavolo, ha festeggiato il compleanno dell'ospite🎉 Complessivamente Coloro che amano il surf a Kuta Beach È conveniente scegliere qui È comodo sia che tu stia cenando, visitando un bar o andando in spiaggia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel qualche settimana fa e abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di gustare il loro menu di anelli nel loro ristorante sul tetto.Non ci sono diversi hotel che forniscono menu di anelli speciali nel mese di luna di miele, quindi qui è nuovo.La scelta del cibo è buona e ci sono molti piatti indonesi che possono gustare. Il mio preferito personale è mi Aceh, retina e curry.Puoi anche vedere un bel panorama solare sulla spiaggia di Kuta, che è assolutamente un punto aggiuntivo!

Perfetto! Il personale era molto amichevole, probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai incontrato e ci hanno salutati con un bicchiere di benvenuto. La nostra stanza era pulita e le cose si sono piegate ogni giorno senza chiedere. La piscina era molto pulita e di solito non occupata. Le porte della macchina erano aperte ogni volta che usciamo e entrammo.Il cibo era delizioso e il ristorante era amichevole e ci ha assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci chiese ogni giorno. Mi sono malato l'ultimo giorno e erano così preoccupati e volevano portarmi all'ospedale o chiamarmi un dottore.

Il prezzo è davvero economico, adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia o per chi viaggia da solo, 150 rupie al giorno con cibo, è già molto economico, l'hotel è buono, pulito, l'aria condizionata è fredda, la posizione è strategica, non è difficile trovare cibo, solo acqua calda, il bollitore elettrico non è disponibile, si prega di riparare quelle strutture a parte quella, il servizio completo è sicuro. The Quest San Hotel Denpasar Bali by Aston, this hotel has a convenient location to the Airport and Kuta and has good quality rooms at a reasonable price. 20 min drive to the Airport and 25 min by Bike to Kuta Beach. The rooms are good and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here at the Quest - Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise
