Bedroom 3: Charming built-in bunk beds, twin-size futon, and a half bath.Downstairs, you’ll find ample parking, including covered parking under the house. For added peace of mind, security cameras monitor the lot and dock.The private dock is a true highlight, offering convenient boat parking and stunning river views. While the boat lift is unavailable for guest use, the floating dock provides easy access to the water. Plus, there’s a fish cleaning station ready to prep your fresh catch.
