There are TVs in each room with high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pots and pans including a crockpot, large cooker for shrimp and crabs, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and more! You will need to bring coffee, spices, and such. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bath/shower. Additional perks including a chairs for the beach, fishing rod, boogie boards, kid sand toys, puzzles, novels, tennis rackets, a net, various board games, and more are available. As you cross the Harbor River Bridge on the way to the condo, you can stop by Gay’s Seafood for fresh fish and shrimp. Restaurants nearby include the Shrimp Shack, Johnson’s Creek Tavern, Another Slice, Beedos, Seaside Bar & Grill. The nearest grocery stores are in Beaufort, 14 miles from Harbor Island (you will pass through it on your way). Enjoy watching beautiful Snowy Egrets, Blue Herons, wildlife and sweeping lagoon views from the large screened porch. Deer Lake features a private neighborhood pool 3-8 feet, covered area for shade and bathrooms that is located across the street from our house. We love this convenience, it is usually quiet and you do not need an amenity card for it, we have a separate pool card for access. On the main floor you will find a gorgeous open floor plan to include a large kitchen, dining area and beautiful great room with a vaulted ceiling. 10 foot ceilings throughout the home. A spacious owner suite with a new king bed and the owner bath features a walk in shower, dual sinks with beautiful granite countertops, linen closet and tile flooring. From the owner suite, double doors open to the screened porch to bring the outdoors in during cooler weather. Two other bedrooms offer new queen size beds, each with its own private bath. Our home sleeps 8 with the Queen Size SoundAsleep CouldNine Series Air Mattress.Local seafood is close by and always available. A Green Egg, new charcoal grill and a 60 quart low country steamer pot is located downstairs. All new luxurious bath towels, new 1800 thread count sheets, sleep safe pillow protectors and all new Serta mattresses with Therapeutic Antimicrobial Waterproof mattress protectors are in place to ensure a great night's sleep. We offer complimentary wi-fi and high speed internet. New large Roku Smart TV's just installed in the great room and all bedrooms for your convenience. You first walk into the kitchen which is on the smaller size but plenty large enough for morning pancakes and bacon and evening shrimp boils. The next area is the dining space which has a table for 6. The next area is the living room with seating for 6 and a coffee table made for game night. The balcony is accessed from the living area. There is also a powder room on this level. Both bedrooms are upstairs. There are also wood steps getting into the condo. Please look at exterior photos.
