Hotel con balcone a Kandy

Una villa incredibile e un ospite molto accogliente, molto pulito, confortevole e bellissimo, l'ospite ha aiutato a ordinare cibo durante la pioggia e si è interessato a come fosse andata la nostra azienda dopo la partenza. Venite al mattino e cucinate un bel colazione mentre dormivamo.C'era un'impressione che fossimo in amico di Sri Lpn :) In casa ci sono tutti i necessari, vorremmo rimanere qui per un po'!

Very clean and beautiful hotel located atop the mountain. We had a gorgeous view of Kandy! Food was delicious and service was excellent. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is about 10 min from city center not too far. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kandy!

Il personale era amichevole, utile e professionale, l'hotel e le camere erano pulite e ben mantenute e il cibo sia a cena che a colazione era delizioso. In generale, ci piaceva stare qui e vorremmo poter stare più a lungo. *Abbiamo anche comprato gioielli dal negozio all'hotel, che era anche buono.

Great place. Excellent location.  I visited in December 2025, not long after the cyclone, less tourists than normal. I was upgraded to a suite, and they included my meals. Such a cool historic hotel and town.

Very pretty and nice resort with mountain view. Friendly staffs and super super nice breakfast. However, it is too fat away from Kandy city center, you have to pay 1500+ rp for each ride, and most tuk tuk drivers don't prefer to go to this place. The google map shows wrong way and the team knew about this, but informed us just on the day of arrival, making this journey even harder.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, and the views were nice. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the peaceful atmosphere. My room was cozy and relaxing, and I especially loved the bathtub which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The infinity pool was another highlight with gorgeous ocean views, though it was a bit on the cool side. I do wish it had been heated, but it was still a beautiful spot to relax. Room service was great too! Good selection and reasonably priced for a hotel. Cons: On my last day, I treated myself to a 90-minute aromatherapy massage at the spa. Unfortunately, I’d rate the spa a 5/10. Living in Thailand has definitely spoiled me with incredible massages, so I admit my standards are high! Still, I think the spa could use a bit of a refresh. The rooms smelled a bit old and weren’t very visually appealing. It was also quite cold during the body scrub and massage, which made it hard to fully relax. Breakfast was okay, but I wish there were more Western-style options available. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Everything about the hotel itself was lovely, I’d just skip the spa next time!

L'hotel era pronto e preparato per il mio arrivo. Ho avuto problemi con la connessione Wi-Fi, quindi ho dovuto contattare la reception. Non c'era l'asciugacapelli in camera e ho dovuto richiederlo anche se avrebbe dovuto essere già presente. Ho ordinato il servizio in camera, è arrivato freddo e ho dimenticato alcuni prodotti dell'ordine, nonostante l'ordine mi fosse stato ripetuto telefonicamente. La colazione era nella media per un Radisson. La disposizione dei posti a sedere era strana, con grandi tavoli lunghi riservati ai gruppi piuttosto che a piccole famiglie, coppie e single. I venditori di tuk tuk ti aspettano fuori dall'hotel per importunarti sulla destinazione. Era pulito per la maggior parte e ne avevo bisogno dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio, ma non ci tornerei. Non so come questo hotel sia il numero 1 a Kandy, ma sono rimasto deluso.

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

Tra i più: acqua calda, talvolta bollita, acqua bollente e asciugamani, letti puliti, specchi, superfici lavorate. Nel resto, l'impressione che è arrivata all'hotel al momento del movimento.

I proprietari e i dipendenti di questo hotel sono così, così bello. Purtroppo il loro hotel non è. Mi sento quasi catturato, come molte delle foto hanno sottolineato l'atmosfera del bar e della piscina. Non è stato il caso - la piscina era una dimensione decente ma nell'ombra e non ho visto nessuno in essa. Le colpi di balneazione che ho molto sospettato non sono forse una vera fonte. Lo stesso vale per il bar, che è enorme e a cui partecipano molti giovani e noiosi gentiluomini, quando entrambi ho fatto il salto (una volta per cena) ero l'unico patrono. Ancora nessuna atmosfera di festa o persino persone - che è vergognoso come è un grande luogo. Fortunatamente, la porta accanto era un altro luogo per alcuni cocktail e musica decente che salvavano un po' la stanchezza. La camera da letto era una dimensione decente con un piccolo frigo (ma non ha funzionato), la camera da letto era piccola, si sentiva sporca, senza sapone a mano o sapone per la doccia (a parte gli occupanti precedenti - e questo era grosso). La pressione era scarsa, rendendo difficile la doccia e c'era un panno sul pavimento da qualche danno - non pulito. Il letto era enorme e confortevole con aria condizionata e un fan dormiva bene. Infine, e ripeto, il personale era bellissimo. Molto ospite e la posizione è a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal Sacro Tesoro e il Lago Kandy. Così grande posizione. Vorrei restare ancora lì - no. Vorrei salutare i proprietari e la porta accanto per un cocktail - forse!
