The location is very central in Sokcho and is very close to the express terminal, and the bus stops to the national park (buses 7 and 7-1). The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and tidy and come with facilities such as washing machine, dryer, kettle, heated toilets and hob. There are shampoo and body wash available. There aren’t too many shops nearby which are good for breakfast, but there are snacks available at the convenience stores. Overall, a very pleasant hotel to stay at particularly if you are doing the national park.

Era un bel hotel, abbastanza vicino a molte attività ricreative ma lontano abbastanza da essere tranquillo.Il buffet per colazione era buono e conveniente. La comodità è stata attaccata all'edificio in modo che tu abbia tutto quello che hai bisogno. 😊

Отель хороший, но есть неприятные мелочи: Есть стиральная машинка, но нет сушилки для белья (попросили на ресепшене - сказали, что нет); Есть микроволновка и тостер, но нет тарелок, вилок, ложек и ножа; Есть плита, но нет кастрюли или сковородки. Из посуды в принципе только 2 чашки и всё. В первый день попросили второе одеяло, так как любим с мужем спать под разными - на ресепшене нам отказали. Мне показалось это очень странным для отеля такого уровня. Свет включается неудобно, на пульте на стене - ночью , пока доберешься, несколько раз ударишься об стол. Будет логичнее переставить торшер ближе к кровати. Ресепшн, в принципе, приветливый, помогли разобраться, где остановка на Сораксан. Уборка проводилась каждый день, но песок валялся по комнате

L'importo che ho pagato per i nostri tre giorni di soggiorno all'hotel è stato pagato. La sua pulizia e le strutture erano eccellenti, la sua posizione al vicino ristorante era molto conveniente. La vista sull'oceano era fenomenale. Il parcheggio era lì 24/7 e mi piaceva molto. Le ragazze del desk front erano molto carine e gentili. Consigliare questo posto a chiunque.

FINAL VERDICT: Family oriented resort that has everything needed for a family vacation. 3 Line summary - The property is located on a scenic coastside hill, offering views of the East Sea, Seorak National Park, and Sokcho city downtown is a 10 minute drive. Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

Buona: Camera molto spaziosa con grande vista e balcone! Il bagno aveva una doccia pioggia. Passeggiata al Pavilione Yeonggeumjeong che ha grande vista notturna. Bus all'opuscolo dell'hotel va direttamente a Searaksan. Camminare a distanza dal Terminal Intercity Bus. Bada: 1. Desk Front. Ho chiesto di avere una piscina prima 9PM. L'ora ufficiale di chiusura era 10PM e l'ultima entrata era 9:30PM. Il personale del desk Front mi ha detto che l'entrata della piscina è stata chiusa per il giorno, anche se non è 9PM ancora. 2. Ho avuto solo una volta di custodia, anche se sono rimasto per quattro notti.Questo non è stato spiegato durante il check-in.

서비스, 바다뷰, 청결, 쾌적함, 음식 다 좋다, 가격은 뭐 돈값함. 호텔 자체에 경험은 위치가 너무 좋다. 하. 지. 만. 대신 난 투룸 스위트 였는데 결함이 크게 3가지: 1. 도어체인을 호텔이 잘못설치해서 문 닫고 열때마다 손가락으로 밀고 열고 달아야해서 매우 위험해서 테이프로 붙여놨고 2. 어머니는 화장실 락이 고장이 나서 갇혀있어서 밖에서 열어드렸고 3. 그 거실 욕조는 물이 차는데 몇시간이 걸려서 알고보니 배수구마게가 틈이 있어서 오래걸린거임. 따로 시설결함이나 불폄함에 대한 보상은 없고 그냥 죄송하다고 끝.

Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more. Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.
