Grande servizio all'hotel e molto economico fpr di qualità. È anche molto vicino (distanza passeggiata) alla stazione di autobus per la South Entrance alla montagna. A meno che non si fermi sulla montagna stessa, presumo che questo sia il miglior hotel.
Abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio. Le ”primavere calde” sono grandi dopo un giorno sulla montagna. La piscina esterna più grande non era in uso, come si prevedeva.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, about 5 mins by car from the South gate ticket office and the bus that goes down the hill stops just 20 mins from the hotel. The room is small but it was enough for me since I traveled alone. The staff is friendly, the manager is very helpful. I didn’t find anything for dinner that I liked and they cooked the delicious mushroom chicken for me. It seems I was the only foreigner in the town and I had the problem with my local nuclear acid test, it was not shown in WeChat and the man from the staff brought me to the sampling point by his car to do the test again. It’s was not shown either after that, by the way. There’s the supermarket right downstairs and the massage room which was super nice after the hiking. But I ordered the foot massage only but the lady said she would do the back and shoulders, too. So she charged me x2 price (98+98) since the whole body massage is 150ish.

Booked this property last minute and was not disappointed. The facility and room is nice and clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Closeby there are several restaurants and shops for dinner. The owner and assistant of the property are very nice. They helped me to get tickets for the waterfall which was 500m away, dropped me off at the entrance gate for Huangshan Mountain and also helped me store my luggage and obtain a rideshare back to the trainstation. Overall a very pleasant stay.

NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

WWanderingSheraeFirst time to visit Huangshan! And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners…
We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨👩👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋
We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music…
I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞

Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter

Questo hotel boutique si trova in un luogo molto tranquillo, nel bel mezzo delle foreste di bambù e delle piantagioni di tè lontano dalle strade impegnate, dalle persone e dai ristoranti rumorosi - proprio quello che ci serviva dopo un giorno sulla montagna. Allo stesso tempo, è solo 5-10 minuti dalla porta d'ingresso del Sud, a cui l'hotel vi trasferirà ogni volta che ne avete bisogno. In generale il servizio e i proprietari sono così grandi e utili con tutto.
L'hotel nel suo complesso e le camere sono così deliziosi, di alta qualità, 1000% pulito e tutto è intagliato (nessuna pila di merda - a differenza di altri hotel boutique in Cina).
Il vostro soggiorno è molto tranquillo, tranquillo e ben progettato, e il cibo è delizioso. Il colazione è un colazione cinese, ma sono così dolci e offrono cereali e toast se ti piace, ma ho portato alcune altre opzioni ai miei genitori che si sono gentili tenuti in frigorifero.

SSuThis was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help!
The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old.
We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive.
And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should.
I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future.

我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。
尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。
我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

Quando ero al college, ho letto un libro sulla storia e la cultura di Huizhou in biblioteca, sono stato attratto dalla poesia di Tang Xianzu nel libro, ”Non ho mai sognato di andare a Huizhou. La concezione artistica sotto i mattoni blu”. e le piastrelle nere del vicolo e le pareti bianche mi fanno venire voglia di vedere se ”Viaggiando dal giallo al bianco” è davvero all'altezza del suo nome. Dopo tanti anni finalmente è successo. Lo scenario del monte Huangshan è decisamente bellissimo, ma ho valutato male le mie capacità e il tempo scendendo dalla montagna, le mie ginocchia e i miei polpacci sono stati torturati per tutto il percorso [mi coprivo la faccia]. Andando su e giù per la montagna, era completamente bianco e nebbioso, che mi ha fatto sentire solo. L'Hotel Yungu che ho scelto a metà della montagna corrispondeva davvero alla scena del Festival di Qingming. Abbiamo anche avuto un bel upgrade per la stanza che è stato offerto gratuitamente. Veniamo dal Regno Unito e siamo felici di rimanere qui, il personale è tutto molto bello e ospite!
Il nostro manager di stanza Huihui era eccezionale, ogni mattina zia Wang e altre zia nel cantina ci saluta e prepara il colazione, tutti sono super bello e amichevole :)) sarebbe tornato se fossimo in visita nella zona!!
