L'hotel è molto pulito e ben mantenuto, con personale di custodia che prendono molta cura di garantire che ogni camera sia senza spazi. In generale, l'hotel Courtyard è una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori che desiderano alloggi moderni, confortevoli con grandi attrazioni e servizi eccezionali.

In ogni città, se non si sceglie con cura un buon hotel, è giusto scegliere Lyce Carlton.Il proprietario generale ha un servizio caldo, sia che sia il ristorante o la reception, sappiamo in quale stanza sei.Dare un senso di sicurezza in un paese straniero. E'molto vicino al centro d'arte di Aliyev, e' arrivato il percorso.

Uno dei primi hotel di Baku, appartenente alla storica catena sovietica Inturist. L'hotel si affaccia sul Mar Caspio, anche se va detto che la vista non è particolarmente affascinante, considerando che il Mar Caspio appare piuttosto grigio, sporco e un po' triste. Pertanto, consiglierei di optare per le stanze interne, che offrono invece una splendida vista sulle Flame Towers. La posizione è comunque ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal bellissimo centro storico di Baku. Le stanze sono piacevoli e spaziose, ben arredate e con letti grandi e rigidi (quindi molto comodi), garantendo un soggiorno confortevole. La sauna è piccola e presenta alcuni malfunzionamenti, mentre il bar è davvero ben fatto ed elegante, anche se gli addetti non sembrano conoscere davvero la loro professione. Il punto critico di questo hotel è infatti ia totale mancanza di professionalità del personale. Erano completamente assenti alla reception, impegnati in divertenti conversazioni tra di loro o concentrati sui loro smartphone. Va detto, però, e non va a loro merito, che al momento del check-out si sono mostrati tutti molto attenti e disponibili, addirittura ossequiosi, chiaramente sperando in una mancia. Alcuni addetti alle pulizie, invece, ci hanno persino inseguito per tutte le scale chiedendo la mancia, senza un reale motivo apparente, dato che le camere non erano mai pulite secondo lo standard della catena. Tuttavia, cari amici, è importante sottolineare che una mancia va guadagnata, e in questo caso sembra mancare totalemente una base di professionalità. In un certo senso, questa mancanza rovina la reputazione del prestigioso marchio Sheraton a Baku.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

We have had an exceptional experience at Four Seasons ,Baku.Everything was absolutely perfect,room,beds and clealiness.The breakfast was great with a fantastic and efficient service.Elim at the Entrance of the hotel was most helpful and did everything with a smile. We are going to be back super soon at Four Seasons Baku

Quando ho fatto il check-in mi è stato detto che la porta era rotta, quindi non potevo aprirla con la chiave elettronica e loro l'apriranno, ma verrà riparata il giorno successivo. Ovviamente non è mai stato riparato e ho dovuto chiedere ogni volta allo staff di aprirmelo. Mi sono sentito DAVVERO imbarazzante. Poi un giorno una donna a caso (credo lavorasse qui) ha aperto la mia porta ed è entrata mentre ero nella mia stanza a mezzanotte, mi ha visto, ha chiesto scusa ed è scappata. Non ne ho idea di cosa si trattasse, ma ti dà un'idea del loro approccio alla privacy. La TV non funzionava, perché il cavo era letteralmente strappato, il WiFi si è rotto più volte e una volta è durato più di 24 ore. Il soffione della doccia era rotto, l'acqua della doccia non andava mai come avrebbe dovuto, ma direttamente sul pavimento, il WC non era proprio attaccato al pavimento (per fortuna era attaccato alle comunicazioni). Detto questo, continuo a pensare che l'hotel sia ok per il prezzo, la camera era bella, grande e pulita e aveva un balcone personale e il personale era davvero cordiale.

Un bel hotel nella vecchia parte del meraviglioso Baku. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana all'hotel. La camera era enorme - rappresentativa, con balcone. La camera della TV, il telefono, la macchina del caffè (che non funzionava). Nel bagno, forniscono shampoo, gel da doccia, aria condizionata e crema corporea. Il pranzo è un buon tavolo svedese, ci sarà sempre qualcosa da mangiare. Molto piacevole e gentile personale, tutti parlano russo. L'unica delusione è che l'hotel è in una grande casa multistore, ma l'hotel stesso è solo nei primi 3 piani :) in modo che una buona vista dalla stanza sulle torri di fiamma non si aspetta :) А так все прекрасно. Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.
