Hotel in zona Xırdalan Cümə Məscidi, Baku

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Persone dustose e amichevole, buone camere confortevoli. Beh abbastanza cibo-Abbiamo comprato un alloggio con colazioni. Colpi, formaggio, uova, salsicce, uova, verdure. Dai frutta: mele, pere e mandarini. Serve diversi tipi di succhi, tè, caffè.C'è un centro spa all'hotel, mi piace il Ham e la sauna finlandese con una piscina è gratuita per gli ospiti. L'hotel non è nel cuore della città, ma c'è la stazione metropolitana di Nizzami vicino alla porta, o si può andare in taxi, è economico in città. Usiamo l'Uber. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato Grandmart, una rete di negozi Bravo. E se si va un po' in strada, si può andare al Zaura Cafe, l'unico posto che penso si può mangiare caldo e zuppa a un prezzo economico.Un momento importante quando si paga per il vostro soggiorno - se paga sul posto, prendi solo dollari e manate. Raccomando molto questo hotel, qui è creato tutto per un confortevole riposo!

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. La struttura è molto pulita e bella, e ha un'ottima colazione e una bella sala da pranzo e una vista bella da davanti a vista al bellissimo parco.

A quel tempo, l'hotel e Trip.com non erano in anticipo, e era molto inconveniente quando arrivavano all'hotel.Il rumore sottostante era anche molto grande.Ma il letto e la testa dell'hotel erano molto comodi e il servizio era buono.Il ristorante all'hotel era anche buono.

Ho soggiornato in una suite all'angolo con una vista incredibile sulla città e sul mare. L'hotel ha diversi ristoranti, bar e un bagno. Uno è mancato in questo hotel che è il livello di servizio. Non sono del tutto sicuro se la sua atteggiamento o formazione locale, ma la maggior parte dei dipendenti hanno bisogno di un lavoro serio per corrispondere lo stato dell'hotel. In generale, il Front Desk è il più ben formato, ma una volta sono andato al principale ristorante e è stato orribile dal receptionista al gruppo di lavoro. La hostess e il barista non avevano idea di cosa fosse il cocktail di screw driver e non si preoccupava nemmeno di google!!!! Il gruppo di bar sembrava completamente senza idea e perso. La receptionista Spa è molto poco professionale che vuole che tu cancelli invece di vendere i pacchetti! L'hotel è una proprietà iconica, ma manca vibrazione e classe. Spero che la prossima volta che visito Baku, si migliorerà.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo splendido hotel, in una Studio Suite davvero strepitosa. L'hotel è ben ubicato, posizione centrale, molto bella, in cinque minuti di taxi si arriva alla Piazza delle fontane. La piscina è davvero meravigliosa, con una vista impagabile sulle Flame Towers. L'acqua delle Jacuzzi potrebbe essere un po' più calda, in ogni caso l'ambiente è ben curato e si sta molto bene. La colazione al ristorante è a buffet assistito, ma questo non crea alcun problema perché l'efficenza è assoluta, si viene serviti nell'immediato, tutti si adoperano per farti stare bene e sicuramente questo è merito di tutto il personale, gentilissimo, cui sovraintende maghificamente il manager Vusal Babayev, che accoglie gli ospiti e se ne prende cura con una cortesia squisita. Il buffet è ricco e con prodotti di alta qualità. Il personale tutto merita una menzione speciale: davvero tutti, nessuno escluso, sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Ilkin, che è stato molto bene, è molto bene, quasi tutto è vicino, il ricevimento ci ha aiutato molto durante il nostro soggiorno e è stato molto amichevole. Il colazione non era buono, ma il tipo al colazione era molto gentile e utile, il suo nome è anche Ilkin. Murad, della squadra campanella molto sostenibile e in buone maniere, il supervisore della casa Sadakat con la sua squadra ci ha aiutato tante volte con le nostre indagini. Il loro manager, un uomo molto umile e buono, che si può chiedere di aiutarvi senza esitazione, che si può aiutarvi a risolvere. Ci sono alcune opere di costruzione davanti all'hotel, che a volte disturbano e non vi permetterà di godere con vista sul mare. La stanza è stata prenota per 2 giorni dal 30 aprile al 2 maggio, ma durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo deciso di prorogare fino al 6 maggio perché la posizione è davvero buona.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Si trova vicino alla raffineria petrolifera. L'aria non è pulita e si può profumare le fumi. Le camere e i bagni sono spaziose. La palestra è molto buona. La colazione è buona, ma poca scelta di pane. Il personale è amichevole.. Preferirei rimanere in una posizione migliore
