環境好交通便利，那裡購物與餐飲都很便利，前台工作人員熱情周到，酒店描寫與實際情況一樣乾淨衞生性價比高，值得大家去居住。

離地鐵站近 附近也有飯館 房間整潔乾淨 很舒服

Лучший отель, рекомендую, семейный отель Супер отель, стоит своих денег. Отличные большие кровати , хороший душ, просторные номера. Отдыхали семьей. Есть ранний заезд. Спасибо русскоязычному мужчине❤️очень приятно. Номера не ушатанные. Дают воду и кормят завтраком( омлеты, блинчики, каши, сосиски, молочка… шведский стол) отель пошел на встречу и был очень гостеприимным . Один минус, нету маскитных сеток и не работает кондиционер, нам пришлось комаров убивать всю ночь( они очень зверские) В номере гели и вода питьевая

Atlas Hotel Baku, un buon hotel a buon bilancio situato non troppo lontano né troppo vicino alla vecchia strada Baku/Nizami. Tuttavia, ci sono molti club e caffè (compreso un night club proprio nel suo soffitto) vicino a esso. Cosa mi piaceva: 1. Il personale è molto orientato al servizio clienti. 2. Il buffet per colazione è più che adeguato. Ci sarà una vasta gamma di cibi. Anche loro hanno ampie opzioni per cucinare gli indiani. La sezione della pasticceria del buffet è sorprendente. 3. Buone camere! Ho una suite e era molto spaziosa. 4. C'è 24X7 supermercato proprio di fronte all'hotel. Era un salvatore di vita. Dal cambio di valuta, frutta, bevande, snacks a prodotti dolci, hanno tutto. 5. Non ottenere la carta SIM dall'aeroporto. La ricezione offre piani di dati a prezzi accessibili con carte SIM locali (sim fisico, non eSIM). Cosa può essere migliorato: 1. La zona spa/sala fitness non è stata mantenuta molto bene. 2. La stanza ha un odore di vigna. Il personale, tuttavia, era cortese di fornire un aggiornamento complimentare a una suite che era bella. 3. In un buffet di colazione, alcuni pasti di uova sono stati tenuti sotto il contatore vegetariano. È necessario essere considerati seriamente. 4. La zona di piscina non era molto attraente. 5. I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room.
