Hotel vicini a Flame Towers a Baku

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Miglior vista sulla spiaggia Hotel ... Più lontano dal centro della città ma davvero molto bello da soggiornare ... Buona gente ... Camere sono pulite con balcone alla vista sulla spiaggia ... Pulizia posto ... Buona colazione .... Buona attrezzatura ... Amore posto ... 😃🙏🏻 Spero di visitare presto .. - Mantenetelo in alto.

E'troppo difficile mangiare colazione. Ambiente: va bene. Infrastrutture: è relativamente nuovo. La stanza non è molto grande. Ci sono finestre. Servizio: il rettangolo dell'hotel deve chiedere alla reception Salute: ci sono denti senza torni ~ Gli oggetti di lavaggio sono davvero cattivi

Situazione e l'hotel è bello, il personale sta facendo il meglio e l'acqua era deliziosa in generale ero felice con il mio soggiorno solo a fianco trovai i letti singoli sono molto stretto al mio piacere e il pulsante di luce principale del letto è davvero luminoso che mi ha svegliato qualche volta.

Anche se l'hotel non è nel cuore della città, la zona è in un quartiere residenziale molto piacevole. Ci sono buoni pub, ristoranti e pasticceria vicino. La notte c'è un negozio di pasticceria e una farmacia vicino all'hotel. Le camere sono pulite e belle, il personale è molto utile in tutto.

Almeno 4 hotel Sapphire sono disponibili a Baku (Sapphire Inn, Sapphire City, Royal Sapphire), per cui può diventare un po' confuso. È un posto molto migliore di quello in realtà, ma ha ancora molti aspetti positivi. Ho la camera 314, un enorme spazio di vecchio stile con un tappeto beige piuttosto svanito e un fottuto papier pettinato d'oro - ma lo spazio è buono e il letto era davvero comodo. Il mio bagno era in buona forma, matite pulite, pioggia grande, acqua calda e asciugamani morbidi. Il telefono non funzionava e la camera era debole. Il pranzo era piuttosto ”non europeo”, con olive, pomodori e formaggio, ma il latte (iogurt, crema e caymak per morire!). L'hotel è anche un servizio per grandi gruppi turistici: quando hanno invaso la sala colazione, è stato difficile trovare un posto e il personale ha lottato per tenere il buffet aggiornato. Ho trovato tutti i membri del personale, alla reception, al servizio in camera e al ristorante, per essere super amici.

I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!

Buona per la famiglia, specialmente se hai già prenotato una guida di viaggio e lui o lei può scegliere e mostrarti , non hai bisogno di un hotel nel centro della città in quel caso solo prenota qui in mare perle hotel tutto il set, abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza, Spero di visitare l'Azerbaigian e l'hotel perla marina di nuovo in futuro.

Durante il mio 13-hour dislocamento a Baku, ho scelto di rilassarmi all'Fly Inn Baku Hotel, cercando una pausa rilassante tra i voli. L'atmosfera moderna e pulita, il servizio conveniente e le politiche facoltative flessibili di check-in e check-out hanno attirato le mie preferenze. Le camere spaziose, le essenze di bagno ben accantonate, i vestiti più grandi e l'eccellente giornata di fitness hanno contribuito a un soggiorno confortevole. L'hotel, pur essendo vicino all'aeroporto, mantiene un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. L'ospitalità eccezionale dell'Azerbaigian mi ha fatto sentire come un ospite aspettato, e il valore dell'hotel per i soldi era evidente. Sebbene i mobili leggermente obsoleti e i tubi da bagno fossero considerazioni minori, non hanno inciso in modo significativo sull'esperienza positiva complessiva. Raccomando l'Hotel Fly Inn Baku per i viaggiatori che cercano un layout tranquillo, offrendo eccellenti servizi come un spa, un'area di lobby tranquilla, camere spaziose con un ottimo vetro per ridurre al minimo il rumore di pista, e Wi-Fi affidabile per coloro che desiderano lavorare durante il soggiorno.
