Molto soddisfatto.

La posizione è eccellente. Fino a 5 minuti di Boulevard. L'appartamento è situato sul terzo piano, non c'è ascensore. Ha vissuto 5 giorni. L'odore stabile di alloggio fumato non si è stincato nemmeno durante questo tempo al quotidiano 🥴. I mobili sono vecchi, letti, mattoni e cuscini sono inconvenienti e è molto tempo per sostituirli. Ci sono alcuni piatti in cucina, si può cucinare qualsiasi cosa si desidera. Mobili in condizioni di lavoro. In generale la qualità è a buon prezzo. C'è un caffè accogliente in fondo alle scale dove si serve un grande formaggio. Grande Internet! C'è un condizionatore d'aria, ma solo in una grande stanza. La vista della città è eccellente!

The Boutique hotel Baku is very close to the bustling Nizami street while being situated in a quiet lane, so that you are away from the noise yet close to the city centre. The master suite was spacious for the three of us and all the amenities were provided. The elevator was a welcome relief compared to a lot of other hotels in Baku. The breakfast buffet was excellent The staff were efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel The extra bed in the room needs to be of better quality. Hope the management works on this suggestion

Un bel hotel in villa su una collina nella torre di TV. La zona è un po' strano perché intorno a molti deserti non costruiti. In seno all'hotel l'ambiente corrisponde al nome Botik. Full autonomia dal mondo esterno. Area con piscina, piscina, ristorante e salotto da banchetto. Camere climatiche spaziose con parchet e tappeti, moderne strutture di piombo con splendidi letti/matterie. Un piacere separato sulla vista panoramica di tutte le suite. La vista è affascinata dal mare turquoise sull'orizzonte e le luci notturne di Baku. Il personale interpretativo e responsabile delle ricette non dovrebbe dire cosa dicono i ragazzi che serve il colazione e le donne che puliscono le stanze. Qui si sente la tensione, pensavo, a causa della barriera linguistica. Non tutti conoscono il russo, soprattutto l'inglese. La colazione, peraltro, serve a vostro ordine. E tutto sarebbe bene, ma l'ordine porta una volta, il che significa che mentre mangiate formaggi e omelete il vostro caffè è già freddo. In generale, piacevole impressioni, prezzo adeguato e una ferma quattro.

Il personale è molto ben gestito e la posizione è sorprendente. È molto affidabile, vorrei consigliare a tutti questo hotel grazie.

Gestire professionale, soggiorno carino, vicinato perfetto, adatto per una distanza dalla città piena e si può ancora trasferire facilmente, vorremmo ringraziare la signora Layla e il signor Ali e tutti i membri del personale del primo hotel per il loro alto livello di servizio, è stato un grande soggiorno, molto raccomandato

Quando ho fatto il check-in mi è stato detto che la porta era rotta, quindi non potevo aprirla con la chiave elettronica e loro l'apriranno, ma verrà riparata il giorno successivo. Ovviamente non è mai stato riparato e ho dovuto chiedere ogni volta allo staff di aprirmelo. Mi sono sentito DAVVERO imbarazzante. Poi un giorno una donna a caso (credo lavorasse qui) ha aperto la mia porta ed è entrata mentre ero nella mia stanza a mezzanotte, mi ha visto, ha chiesto scusa ed è scappata. Non ne ho idea di cosa si trattasse, ma ti dà un'idea del loro approccio alla privacy. La TV non funzionava, perché il cavo era letteralmente strappato, il WiFi si è rotto più volte e una volta è durato più di 24 ore. Il soffione della doccia era rotto, l'acqua della doccia non andava mai come avrebbe dovuto, ma direttamente sul pavimento, il WC non era proprio attaccato al pavimento (per fortuna era attaccato alle comunicazioni). Detto questo, continuo a pensare che l'hotel sia ok per il prezzo, la camera era bella, grande e pulita e aveva un balcone personale e il personale era davvero cordiale.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room.
