Hotel in zona Cennet Gul Salonu, Baku

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Camera molto ampia e la colazione era super, c era di tutto dal salato alla frutta e dolci. Parcheggio disponibile di fronte all’ ingresso ( non è molto ampio per cui non so se durante l estate possa essere un problema trovarvi posto) e fermata della metro proprio a due passi. A piedi si raggiunge comunque il lungomare. Personale alla reception molto gentile e com buon inglese. Palestra funzionale con un po di tutto

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

Sono ancora in questo hotel e mi aspetto di controllare il giorno dopo. Prima cosa, ho prenotato 2 notti e la prima camera che hanno assegnato è 323. Rumore da karaoke o banda fino 11.30Pm anche con il suono. Il letto, di dimensioni reali ma sul lato destro, si è ingoiato e se si dovesse ruotare a sinistra si sentirà più alto e anche la progettazione del bagno è atroce apparentemente pulito a un occhio ma guarda più vicino. Il pendolo è così alto che solo le persone più alte possono raggiungere le tole. Ho avuto il feedback e sono stato dato un'altra stanza 325. Era meglio, ma la pulizia del pendello è ancora sottostandard. Dopo la seconda notte, ho controllato se potessi mettermi il bagaglio in hotel per una notte a Sheki. Il giorno dopo, tornai a controllare ancora una notte e questa è la mia ultima notte in questo paese. Quando ho chiesto alla ricezione del mio bagaglio, egli uscì dal ricevimento, andò all’angolo del lobby e mi trascinava il bagaglio. Mi è stato terrorizzato vedere tutto questo mentre non era stato correttamente sgombrato in una sala mercantile, ma spinto in un angolo del lobby dell'hotel all'aperto, dove c'è un sacco di traffico. Quando mi ha chiesto il personale perché questo era così, non ha risposto e mi ha guardato ******ic. Quando sono arrivato da Tbilisi ho incontrato tentato di rubare dall'aeroporto di Tbilisi e ora questo. Questo è troppo stress per una vacanza. La ragione per scegliere questo hotel è perché sono vicini alla vecchia città e hanno un ascensore. Trova altrove non hanno alcuna considerazione per la proprietà della gente.

L'hotel è circondato da persone ricche, molto sicure, le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, e il bagno è quello di portare i denti e il tipo di colazione ricco.Il prezzo è giusto per il complesso.Non è molto conveniente mangiare intorno.

第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Persone dustose e amichevole, buone camere confortevoli. Beh abbastanza cibo-Abbiamo comprato un alloggio con colazioni. Colpi, formaggio, uova, salsicce, uova, verdure. Dai frutta: mele, pere e mandarini. Serve diversi tipi di succhi, tè, caffè.C'è un centro spa all'hotel, mi piace il Ham e la sauna finlandese con una piscina è gratuita per gli ospiti. L'hotel non è nel cuore della città, ma c'è la stazione metropolitana di Nizzami vicino alla porta, o si può andare in taxi, è economico in città. Usiamo l'Uber. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato Grandmart, una rete di negozi Bravo. E se si va un po' in strada, si può andare al Zaura Cafe, l'unico posto che penso si può mangiare caldo e zuppa a un prezzo economico.Un momento importante quando si paga per il vostro soggiorno - se paga sul posto, prendi solo dollari e manate. Raccomando molto questo hotel, qui è creato tutto per un confortevole riposo!

Ho soggiornato in una suite all'angolo con una vista incredibile sulla città e sul mare. L'hotel ha diversi ristoranti, bar e un bagno. Uno è mancato in questo hotel che è il livello di servizio. Non sono del tutto sicuro se la sua atteggiamento o formazione locale, ma la maggior parte dei dipendenti hanno bisogno di un lavoro serio per corrispondere lo stato dell'hotel. In generale, il Front Desk è il più ben formato, ma una volta sono andato al principale ristorante e è stato orribile dal receptionista al gruppo di lavoro. La hostess e il barista non avevano idea di cosa fosse il cocktail di screw driver e non si preoccupava nemmeno di google!!!! Il gruppo di bar sembrava completamente senza idea e perso. La receptionista Spa è molto poco professionale che vuole che tu cancelli invece di vendere i pacchetti! L'hotel è una proprietà iconica, ma manca vibrazione e classe. Spero che la prossima volta che visito Baku, si migliorerà.

The check-in staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, welcoming me with warm smiles upon arrival. Both the club lounge and breakfast teams were attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the food selection in the club lounge became somewhat repetitive, with similar options available each day. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I would have rated this hotel a solid 4 stars based on these experiences. Unfortunately, the check-out process left much to be desired. The front desk attendant in the morning was quite rude. When I informed him that I was checking out, he asked for my room number and then dismissed me with a curt, ”You're good,” without any courtesy. Additionally, he didn’t offer any assistance with my bags, making me feel like the hotel's service ended the moment payment was secured.
