I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. È stato introdotto il piccolo ristorante aperto dai locali vicini per mangiare, consegna gratuita, la posizione è molto conveniente. L'uscita è la neve, l'hotel porta la casa di sci da solo, 🈶 piccola pista di sci, vicina anche la strada universitaria, autobus, paradiso acquatico, paradiso di neve, paradiso di cova, caldo, campeggio gratuito, Sono tutti in un kit di hotel, Xiao Du, Xiao Xiao Zhao ha anche fornito frutta gratuita, il servizio è molto buono!

整體還算滿意，不過這麼高的價格還是説幾句。 優點：硬件一流，酒店觀景一流，不管是園林設計還是房間佈局都很不錯，房間也夠寬敞。 客房走廊和大堂以及陽台風景都讓人心曠神怡。 缺點：1，服務上，老員工有着比較明顯的傲慢感，而新員工又有着業務不太熟練的青澀感。 2，嘉賓軒行政酒廊形同虛設，品類少到可以忽略不計。旺季早餐廳排長隊，酒廊也沒起到分流的作用。嘉賓軒房間迷你吧收費，有點震驚，現在快捷酒店都免費首日迷你吧了， 禮賓部進進出出幫忙上下行李，凍得手通紅。 幾個餐廳的服務都不錯，菜品也是不錯的！

A wonderful hotel with a very comfortable check-in experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk service, provided by Liu Wei (刘薇), was exceptionally thoughtful. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was also diverse and satisfying. Highly recommended!

L'ambiente non è male e le sorgenti termali sono fantastiche, soprattutto quelle all'aperto dove puoi goderti la gioia del ghiaccio e del fuoco. All'inizio pensavo che sarebbe stato piuttosto freddo immergersi nelle sorgenti termali all'aperto, ma non l'ho fatto. non mi aspettavo che facesse così caldo. Appena entrati nella stanza, la zia ci ha persino versato una tazza di tè allo zenzero. , prima di partire, ho lasciato il cappello in casa e il ragazzino della reception si è precipitato ad aiutarmi toglilo L'atteggiamento del servizio era eccezionale e anche la colazione era buona.

La camera è spaziosa e luminosa e l'alloggio viene fornito con un biglietto per le sorgenti termali, così puoi immergerti nelle sorgenti termali. Ci sono più di una dozzina di piscine interne ed esterne con temperature dell'acqua relativamente buone e un'ottima qualità dell'acqua. La colazione è ricca e presenta molte varietà.

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel. The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

L'hotel è nella porta della montagna di Changbai L'unica ragione per scegliere questo hotel è che posso aiutare a prenotare un biglietto e vicino all'entrata di Changbai Mountain (ma non mi aspettavo di poter essere cosi'vicina, stimato a 100 metri, e sentire che due passi possono vedere questo check-in di cima) Altri punti di attrazione fuori sono davvero un po'difficili, ma siamo anche buoni principalmente per andare alla piscina. L'ambiente della stanza è migliore di quanto immagino, pulito, simile allo stile blu del pozzo nord E il servizio di ricezione è molto entusiasta, specialmente una sorella con gli occhi aperti sta davvero soddisfando le nostre esigenze, non abbiamo portato il bambino caldo, non abbiamo trovato il negozio, e ci aiutano ad trovare i colleghi.

總體還行，畢竟公寓嘛，也不能用酒店標準 房子夠大，挺舒適的，屋子可以煮飯，有吊椅，也有茶具，奈何我衹住一宿，沒來得及品茶 入住前，春節尾，房東説清潔阿姨家裡有事不能去打掃，幸好前住客還算乾淨，衹是需要自己換被套枕套，垃圾也不算多 屋子唯一不足就是紙巾鎖上了，衹能另外自己在樓下超市買 還有一點不太好的，應該説是整個長白山，包括西坡 北坡的通病，就是旺季不好打車，但幸運的是，本地出租車司機都很好，打電話約車，即使本人到不了接，都會立刻安排附近的同行去，這點不像其他城市的，為了一兩個單爭得你死我活
