Circle Inn is a value for money hotel. All the staff are very pleasant and eager to be of assistance. The room is bigger than budget hotels. The fixtures like the shower maybe of the old model but still works. Toiletries are limited to hand soap and combined hair and body soap but of good quality in a dispenser that is see-through to actually assure you of its quality. With safe and small ref. As for the hair dryer, you just need to ask at the front desk and they will send to your room free of charge. They also have a decent size swimming pool.

Great place to stay . Clean comfortable rooms this was my third time staying here.

The staff was prompt in responding to our requests. They are likewise friendly from the security by the door, to the front desk people, to room service.The room is clean as well. I like this property since there is enough parking spot. Will definitely book again in the future.

This is the 4th time i used this hotel, the same problem, the a/c those not cool properly they have to change it, and the worst part the toilet do not flush properly

Staff was very accommodating. Area is accessible and near establishments. It also has a convenience store for essentials

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.

I've been staying at the Circle Inn from time to time for 12 years and there still is no hot water. The previous time I stayed there the shower knob was frozen solid. I have my doubts as to whether the management really cares or not because it's obvious that little changes. It's tiring and disappointing.

Sadly, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom as soon as I opened it. I checked in late (around 12mn) and they assigned me to an old room. The aircon was also not working properly. I had trouble sleeping due to the warm temp of the room. The room was spacious though. At least for one person. One could also hear the noises from outside. I was assigned at the second floor.

I’ve personally been staying at the circle inn, in Bacolod since 2011, every year I come back it still has its nice homely charm. The staff are amazing, some have been here since my first stay. The food is great and nice selection. As a Canadian it’s nice to see pancakes on the menu. Very quiet place rest up with comfy beds.

There's no complementary drinks(bottled water). Location is okay.
