I always enjoy booking this hotel. It offers a safe and secure environment, and the location is excellent. The rooms are spacious with strong air conditioning, stylish interior design, and plenty of parking space. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient choice.

The staff are approachable and helpful , they always greeting with nice smile especially the guard is proactive. Very near in the mall and have an easy transportation.

Pros: The location is great. Staff were accommodating. Room and sheets are clean. Cons: Hair blower is not available in the room but can be requested. Telephone is useless, no dial tone. No bottled water is given but a water station is available in the hallway but no pitcher per room, only an electric kettle.

The hotel is accessible because it’s just next to the shopping mall. But needs a little of upgrade because of the tiles in the toilet are loose and smells bad.

My experience was all positive. Room had everything necessary and breakfast if you paid but mall steps away is where I ate.Staff was always willing to help and store luggage when waiting or leaving. Airport service was on time and fairly priced. Many thanks for the week I spent there.

The hotel was located near the prime street of the city, very accessible on food establishments and malls. With regards to room and service review, no available hairdryers for 2 days. Bath room needs repair too cause puddle of water builds up. But still recommendable for a very affordable accommodation.

The entire hotel (i.e. fr parking to hallways to lobby to elevator and room) is so clean and smells really fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Very accessible as it is located along Lacson. 👍

Good value for money, easy connection to Robinsons Mall.
