While the hotel's location is not particularly close to the train station, the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant if you're looking to have some distance from the crowds. The hotel itself is relatively new and well-appointed. One potential concern is the parking situation - the on-site parking spots are often full, both during the day and at night. However, there are some available public parking areas within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, despite the slightly inconvenient location in terms of public transportation access.

Everything is good, Car parking is subsidised. Except the washing machine has not proper instructions how to operate Dryer. Or there is no dryer function at all. Free capsules for coffee making and pj and bathroom is separate from toilet and kids and adults enjoy it very much.

Very nice place - staff members are very helpful, room facilities are big brands and also very new. Only a few minutes to OSU shopping district.

We booked a room for 3. The room is nice, clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen where we can make coffee or simple food. There is also a washing machine available. Enough USB for use. The staff there are polite, friendly and helpful. But there is no reception staff after 10 pm. We need a passcode to enter into the hotel after 10 pm. We tried once but not working well. There is no other facility like Spa or Gym in the hotel. The location is near to shopping street in OSU, a few minutes’s walk . But not near to Sakae. Overall, a good and quiet place to stay.

一層公共區域有吸煙室、販賣機、冰、還有日常用品自助（貝親浴液、雪肌精洗護、各種茶和咖啡、各種洗護用品）住了兩日前台服務員沒有重複的，每個服務員都滿血服務，熱情周到，房間內有廚房，廚具在前台領取。

酒店好闊落，我們一家人兩大兩小，有嬰兒床，有洗衣機可以洗衫，乾衣就晾係浴室乾一晚就乾哂，對家庭客來講好滿意，雪櫃，電飯煲，焗爐，微波爐都方便煮食比小朋友，浴缸好大，小朋友浸浴玩得開心，會推介朋友！

水族館のお部屋に泊まりました。 備品それぞれにこだわりがあります。 子供のおもちゃや、ダイソン製品の貸出し、コーヒー、紅茶のカプセル飲み放題も嬉しいサービスです。

工作人員態度非常友善！ 房間非常大！設施亦很齊全！衛生程度都乾淨！ 因為是主題房，小朋友非常喜歡！ 非常適合一家大小入住！

帶着一臉未知，落地NAGOYA 中部機場 第一感覺就是哇，好乾凈，搭乘名鐵還出了不少插曲，因為谷歌地圖也不是看的很明白。 出了地鐵站，拉着娃，兩個箱子穿街走巷，總算是來到了酒店，第一感覺就是，真不錯，進門，前台小姐姐很熱情，平板也支持中文，安排的房間也非常好，親子屋，也有拖鞋，洗漱用品都可以自己在大堂拿。 整體的感覺就是非常的舒服,價格也合適，畢竟日本的人工比較貴。 日本，一個值得再次遊玩的流程

體驗非常好，房間很乾凈，三個大人一個小孩，電磁爐、微波爐、烤箱、膠囊咖啡機（茶和咖啡膠囊前台哪）、洗衣機（無烘乾功能）、冰箱都有，酒店可提供輔助用品也很全，周邊有個大超市Yamanaka Matsubara ヤマナカ 松原店步行10分鐘，離大須商業街步行10分鐘左右，附近的komeda osu吃早飯也是不錯的選擇，酒店可以代叫出租，有位前台可以説中文（得看運氣，是否當班），走的時候因為行李多 打車去的金山，花了1060日元～

非常好的住宿體驗，我們是帶小孩的家庭，非常喜歡這家酒店。 Check-in大堂有小玩具供小朋友玩，酒店提供很多不同的物品借用，除了基本的廚房用品，連玩具都可以借，全部狀態亦很新。 房間有洗衣機和咖啡機，雪櫃亦夠大夠冷，房間夠大床亦夠大。洗衣機即使沒有烘乾功能，浴室的烘乾機，乾衣速度都很快，基本上晚上洗的衣服，第二天早上便乾了。 工作人員都很好，很友善，盡力解答問題及提供協助。 酒店旁邊有停車場，即使滿了，附近亦有幾個停車場，離酒店不遠。 如果再去名古屋，Gold Stay絕對是我們的首選。
