Che dire? Il posto è meraviglioso e la passione della proprietà rispetto a questo progetto si vede in ogni dettaglio, dagli spazi, all'architettura delle camere, al loro arredamento, alla pace e al silenzio che si percepisce. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo passato qui due notti, sfruttando tutto quello che Naya ha da offrire, incluso il ristorante e l'accesso alla laguna (per ora tramite un comodo passaggio da un BnB adiacente, a brevissimo mediante una importante estensione della struttura). Tramite l'hotel abbiamo anche organizzato un tour in barca privato della laguna (con compagnia VelaAzul), splendido (anche se un po' costoso). Se volete andare a Bacalar certamente vi consiglio di stare al Naya!

Paradise on earth. Cool, secluded, romantic, fun, clean, beautiful. The food is amazing and the whole crew is spectacular. Can’t wait to go back. I went with friends but it’s perfect to go in couple, as a solo retreat or with family (you can rent most rooms)

Naya is the perfect place to disconnect, with friends or as a couple, if you are looking for a hotel to relax and feel close to nature but also in a comfortable environment. The cabañas are hiden among the threes and bird sounds and even the shower makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Also, amazing healthy food!

Naya has a magical way of transporting you to another state of mind, the food is deliciously curated to make it a casual and elevated experience. The cabins are full of details that make your stay truly harmonious. People are super friendly, and willing to make your stay an epic one.

The cabañas are amazing, nested in the jungle, the deck facing the lagoon is very well thought as it allows some privacy. The staff is really friendly and attractive. We took a yoga class with Igna in the shala and it was fabulous. And the jacuzzi in front of the room changes the whole experience.

THE BEST HOTEL IN BACALAR BY FAR! They think of every detail and the lagoon front is unique. The staff amazing. It’s located 10 minutes from downtown and they combine everything to stimulate all your senses. Is has the wow factor on every corner.

Naya Bacalar is a small, boutique hotel located on the shores of Bacalar Lagoon in Mexico. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each room has a private balcony or terrace and some rooms have a privat pool. The hotel also has a communal swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. The staff at Naya Bacalar are friendly and attentive. They are always willing to help with anything you need, from making dinner reservations to arranging tours of the lagoon. Overall, Naya Bacalar is a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Bacalar. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Naya Bacalar is a great option in Bacalar!

What a lovely stay...the ammenities were good, and the shower was hot and powerful. Bacalar is a magical place, and the hotel made it even more so. The staff were friendly, and the owner Alverez was very accommodating and also very friendly.

What an incredible tranquil stay. Staff is incredible, morning breakfast is healthy and so clean. There’s a bocce court and the restaurant has a simple menu that’s vegan friendly but also serves incredible rib eye! Hotel is set in the jungle with a short stroll to the lagoon for a sunrise kayak ride. Highly recommend for a tranquil stay. This is just outside the centro which was fine for us since we had a car. We will definitely be back.
