Poor Bathroom and Inconvenient Location My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The bathroom was a complete disaster. The water from the bath didn’t drain at all, leaving dirty, stagnant water in the bathroom throughout my stay. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. To make things worse, the toilet design was incredibly inconvenient. The flush button was hidden under the toilet lid, so I had to stand up and move the lid just to flush—completely impractical and frustrating. The location of the hotel was also a letdown. It’s quite far from Sentul Central, where the AEON Mall, IKEA, and Sentul EMC Hospital are located. If you’re planning to visit these places, this hotel is not a convenient choice. Overall, between the disgusting bathroom and the inconvenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

Driver got lost as there's a big u-turn from highway. Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set. Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it. Nice scenary view. Nearest convenience store is of a distant away.

Kamar bersih & rapi. Parkir diputar-putar, padahal masih banyak yang kosong, tapi ditutup cone. Resepsionisnya jutek, dan setelah breakfast, kamar sudah tidak bisa diakses, padahal masih jauh dari jam check out, jadi harus ke bawah lagi untuk minta diberi akses, dan tidak ada penjelasan atau permintaan maaf dari resepsionis. Untuk restonya, pelayanannya baik, dan makanannya enak2.

Kamar luas ada sofa juga, lumayan bersih. Dapat yg lantai paling atas, enak sih dekat pool dan tempat fitness tapi lorongnya itu panas banget kaya gak ada ac nya jadi kurang nyaman. Makanan enak2 dan variatif. Aea playground pd waktu kesana balon perosotan itu sudah rusak tapi masih dipakai jd agak membahayakan untuk anak2.
