Good location & clean hotel. Easy to get food around this area.

Okayish hotel for few days. Service is pathetic. House keeping don't pick up the phone. WiFi was not working for the first day. That was a Big NO. Wanted to change the hotel right away No toiletries given. Only towels. TV doesn't work. Breakfast is regular.

It’s ok it’s reasonable

The hotel was very nice and just renovated and clean. The rooms are very spacious and conducive. My comments on the restaurant are very simple cooking and not much choices.

Too much bad service , room are too bad smell.. Never book Again any one.. ..

Good location just 3 minutes walk to Alor Street and Bukit Bintang Walk. 6 minutes walk to MRT and Low Yat Plaza i extended my stay for 2 days as i have a business matters at Bukit Bintang. Easy to get anything you need as its nearby Convenient Mart too. Always my choice.

The location is perfect. Close to Jalan Alor and other tourists spots such as Chinatown and Petaling Street. Also close to malls, MRT, convenience stores, shops and food centers. Although the hotel looks good on the outside, The rooms is quite dirty and the sheets are disgusting full of stains of blood and I dont know what else that is. Just see the pictures. The AC is nice and cold. No mini fridge and other toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, hand soap) other than body wash. The bed is also dented in my room. One side is way deeper than other side. Made my back hurt a bit. The front desk staff are snobbish and unhelpful. Not a single smile or willingness to help or assist but it’s fine. KL is easy to navigate anyway.

* Poor clearness * Internet speed bad * No Soap * No toothpaste, No tooth brush. * Everyone staff looks like a robot, not human. * All are busy with mobile.

Nice hotel Bukit Bintang Central area near by have many attractions places

Very limit parking and made me pay RM13 for nearby outside parking. Cleanness can be improve. TV not function even after repair as, shown on picture!

Best place

We stayed for 2 nights and luckily we got very last minute deal with unbelievably cheap price for long weekend (weekend + public holiday). Very recommended if you want to go around KL because the nearest monorail station within 10-12 minutes walk. Free parking provided but very limited but there's another parking lot that you have to pay for 10 bucks per entry.Also got mamak restaurant and convenience store nearby. Plus point, we got a room with KL tower view 😁. The only downside of this hotel is the water flow in the toilet is slow so it cause clogging. Definitely will come again if happened to be in KL next time.
