Hotel in zona Limanaki Beach (Public Beach), Agia Napa

My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Non c'è altro che eccellente che posso dire su questo hotel! Era il 60° anniversario di mio marito e niente era troppo difficile per loro. Andreas, tu eri fantastico a organizzare tutto per me, a garantire che mio marito avesse un'esperienza che non si dimentica mai. Balloni, nella stanza e intorno alla cabina privata, vicino alla piscina al tetto, una torta, una stanza fantastica e si accertava che il mio vino preferito fosse pronto per noi, freddo per la perfezione. Alexandra, il direttore del ristorante al Courtyard, era così attento e molto generoso, facendoci il suo deserto speciale al nostro tavolo, seguito da un bellissimo liquore a nessun costo, un desiderio di compleanno da lui, Sì, e ancora una volta un'altra bottiglia di nostro vino preferito che ci aspettava. (Il vino non era sul menu, ma hanno cercato di garantire che fosse disponibile a noi). Anche il personale è sorprendente, Ali, la cameriera al colazione e la bella signora che ha cucinato uova fresche per noi. Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

Salve, hotel da 4 ★, però offre servizi da 3★, una tecnica usata da albergatori che non appartengono al mestiere. Si mangia fuori al caldo a 30 gradi e la sala rimane chiusa. Cibo limitato e con poca scelta da 3★, non c'è la pizza nel buffet, non esiste la banana e yogurt scarso. Non c'è l' aria condizionata nei corridoi e a volte manca nel reception. La piscina esterna è calda. Secondo me l'acqua va raffreddata un po' e va reciclata spesso. Il personale mai sorridente tranne un paio. Concludendo in questa struttura puoi divertirti e fare una buona vacanza però senza usufruire la 4★ del hotel.

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

One of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. The food was excellent and always hot with plenty of choice. The pools were great with the best service we have ever had Ancan was always there with drinks. Ozgul on reception and the other girls were always asking how we were enjoying our holiday. the manager would ask you if every thing was ok and would pass the time of day with you. really comfortable rooms always clean and tidy. The Tui Rep Joe was helpful and friendly and full of good information of the area. We will certainly go back.
