The reception staff were helpful and very informative. Great facilities unable to be used as fully booked I definitely would stay longer than 1 night Breakfast and evening dinners were amazing, with a variety and vegetarian options which I was very pleased with and enjoyed.

酒店就在海灘邊，從窗子看出來就是海灣，很多老外在游泳或者水上運動。但是天氣實在太熱了，我們也出不了門，衹能在陽台看看。

Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel ligt net buiten het toeristische Ayia Napa, 20 min lopen en 10 minuten van Nissi beach. Voor een gezin met jonge kinderen: top. Er is voldoende (gratis) Parkeer gelegenheid. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer, family room, met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Een mooie kamer met goede bedden en faciliteiten. Stapelbed is ook voldoende lang (ik denk 2meter). Pavlo Napa heeft 2 gebouwen. Het hoofdgebouw, waar ook het ontbijt/diner en het zwembad bevindt en een losstaand gebouw wat achter een ander hotel staat. wij zaten in het losstaande gebouw, minder uitzicht, maar is zeker niet vervelend (nog geen 1 min lopen). Zwembad en ligbedden: top. Rustig zwembad, Ligbedden met dikke kussens. goed onderhouden. Bij het zwembad is ook de speelplaats en het kinderbadje (50cm diep). Vanuit het zwembad loop je zo naar het strand. De ligbedden op het strand zijn van de gemeente en kosten 2,5EUR. Het hotel heeft een lunch restaurant aan het zwembad/strand. goed eten en niet al te duur (vanuit het hotel met 10% korting), maar er zijn ook andere opties in de buurt. voordeel vonden wij ook dat de restaurants in de buurt een speelplaats hebben voor kinderen. leuk voor de kinderen en fijn voor de ouders. ook hier zijn de prijzen voor het eten niet al te hoog: gemiddeld 12-17 euro voor een gerecht. Al met al een hele fijne tijd gehad..

L'hotel è veramente carino le stanze grandi spaziose con tecnologia domotica. La palestra è attrezzata e con macchinari recenti. Il personale della reception è veramente gentile competente ci ha aiutato nella ricerca di un tour per Famagosta e per altre richieste. La colazione ricca e buona, per tutti i gusti... Il caffè forse da rivedere un attimo... Gli unici nei a mio avviso sono una cena a buffet troppo improntata ai gusti britannici e dell'Europa dell'est. Secondo me chi viaggia deve imparare a mangiare i cibi locali...non si può mettere la cannella in qualunque pietanza o fare fish and chips sempre. Oltretutto le pietanze cipriote sono buonissime Un altro neo era il rumore che si sentiva dalla stanza dell'impianto di condizionamento dell'albergo adiacente... Per fortuna le stanze sono insonorizzate e se si chiude la finestra i rumori sono attututi ma d'estate è bello stare un po' all'aperto e non chiusi in stanza

Arriviamo la prima sera alle 22. Chiediamo se il bar fosse aperto per mangiare qualcosa ma purtroppo il servizio è sospeso. Stanza ordinata e minimale, peccato per la totale assenza di privacy a causa dell’hotel concorrente che affaccia con le proprie stanze a 10metri dal nostro balcone. Chiudiamo le luci e proviamo a dormire. Mi alzo per andare in bagno e al mio rientro trovo uno SCARAFAGGIO grande (non scherzo) quanto la mia mano davanti al letto. Chiamo la recption per cambiare stanza: picche, nessuna assistenza. Spazi comuni sporchi e sovraffolati, piscina torbida e ristorante inavvicinabile per chi abituato agli standard europei continentali e italiani. Prezzo del ristorante sulla spiaggia (ancora, non scherzo) pari identico al ristorante Vivaldi del Four Seasons di Limassol a 700€ a notte. Siamo scappati il 3 giorno andando da Amara a Limassol.

On arrival late at night we were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained about the hotel but sadly no refreshments were available (after a five hour flight and hour and a half security wait). The room is quite modern with light control panels (with no instructions) if you press a certain button then the maid won't clean the room. On that subject, the maids don't clean the rooms well as much as tidy them. We've been here ten days and the sheets have not been changed although the towels are changed daily. The TV in the room only has international news channels which is a let down as most hotels now have access to a wider range of channels. It is a small hotel situated right on the beach and is a fifteen minute walk to Aya Napa. We have a side sea view room which is what it says in the brochure. The pool area has lots of comfy loungers with parasols so no need to reserve. The beach has lots of loungers and the sea is lovely and warm. The staff in the pool bar could do with a customer service course as a smile seems to be too much to ask when being served and the female lifeguard seems more interested in fashion and her phone than watching the pool. The food is good and every night has a different theme, again let down with some of the staff's lack of friendliness ( the two ladies being the exception). There is a good variety of food at all sittings. We noticed that the hotel seems to be under staffed and example is that the main bar is closed on a Monday as it's the barmans day off (he's a very nice chap). The hotel has an indoor pool and gym which were never open whilst we were here for some reason. The entertainment is poor and often late at night.

During our recent stay at Pavlo Napa, we found our experience to be less than satisfactory. Despite its promising beachfront location, several aspects of our stay left much to be desired. The cleanliness of our room was a significant concern throughout our stay. Despite daily cleaning service, we consistently noticed areas that were overlooked, such as the sink surround and shower. The balcony, unfortunately, remained sandy and uncleaned for the entirety of our two-week visit. Additionally, the towels provided, while changed daily, appeared worn-out and tatty, not meeting the expected standards of a four-star establishment. While some staff members were friendly, a notable portion seemed indifferent and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere. However, we appreciated Vernon, the night receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency. The pool bar staff were also pleasant, offering a bright spot amid an otherwise lackluster experience. The lifeguard often looked distracted. A particularly troubling issue was the hotel's policy of accepting cash only for room upgrades. This felt unprofessional and raised questions about the hotel's management practices .Though the manager proved helpful in resolving another issue we encountered. The food quality was satisfactory overall, though we found the options to be limited and repetitive. Fresh fruit choices were notably sparse, with canned pineapple being offered instead of fresh. This limited variety diminished our dining enjoyment over the course of our stay. Unfortunately, we also experienced an unsettling incident where we suspected items had gone missing from our room. Although we lacked concrete proof and chose not to report it, this added to our discomfort and overall dissatisfaction. In another incident, when my sister fell in the dining room, it was disheartening that not a single staff member inquired about her well-being or offered assistance beyond placing a wet floor sign. This lack of attentiveness to guest safety was concerning and marred our perception of the hotel's hospitality standards. Overall, our stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel was underwhelming, and it fell short of our expectations. The lack of cleanliness, indifferent staff attitude, and various disappointments detracted from what should have been a relaxing vacation.

I rate my visit as 5 it’s not just a hotel they are like my family and best friends. Can’t not fault our time every year always amazing and looked after every time Stella / vernon/ Timmy/ flower / costa/ evo/ marianna/ andrea they are all amazing they have always treated well bar staff are awesome and we have a great laugh always . Why people put negative reviews on about our hotel is stupid you treat them in a manner your going to get it back . All the staff are always polite and smile every day always with a warming heart and respect you get . We have had a fabulous 21 nights food is good and excellent service every time and my partner having his birthday there as well .massive thank you again for his birthday cake and birthday wishes from both of us just amazing and thank you for looking after us we will be back next year love and respect Paula &paul xx

Just returned from a 10 day stay at hotel. Great location, right on the beach, beautiful and a lovely modern frienfly hotel. Lovely modern large rooms and maids work hard as rooms are very clean. Beautiful pool area with lovely comfortable sunbeds, just let down as sand from beach all around the pool and this area was never swept or cleaned at all during our 10 day stay, so when you got out of the pool and back to your bed your feet were dirty from the floor. The all inclusive package was great, the food was fantastic with something different every night as they havea 2week menu, so nothing is repetetive. The restaurant staff were lovely and friendly and gave great service, especially Kostas who could not do enough for you. The Erato bar was lovely and Evor who worked there was lovely and friendly and made fantastic drinks and cocktails, it is a shame that the same cannot be said about the pool bar, staff never smile and look fed up to be working there, all apart from Erik who was lovely, friendly, polite and served the correct drinks, all other staff would not listen to you and give you the wrong drinks, if you ask for sprite you get tonic water, ask for lemon fantastic and they give you orange fantastic, they are not helpful, dont lusten to you and obviously haven't any pride in their work, their face tells uou that they are fed up and dont wznt to be there or be bothered by you ordering drinks. Their is a list of cocktails on the menu on thre tv in the room that are included in the all inclusive, which are available at the restaurant and Erato bar but the pool bar staff sll except Erik refuse to serve them as they say they work from a different menu and can only serve the cocktails on their list. I enquired at reception and was told that the pool bar should serve them as they are all inclusive, so receptionist rang pool bar and told me they would serve them, went straight over only to be told no again anfd they could only offer cocktails on the list displayed on bar. Didn't make sense and all other areas served them and if Erik was at the pool bar, he would serve them.What a shame that the Erato bar does not open on Mondays, as this bar is much nicer than the pool bar. The entertainment was not good, worst entertainment I have ever had in an all inclusive, ir was belly dancing and international dancing twice through our stay aswell as some young ladies singing songs in English with an accent which made words beginning with a w be pronounced as a v, really bad. Would not return due to the poor entertainment and the attitude of pool bar staff, they let the hotel down very badly and give the hotel a bad reputation. Management need to take note and change the pool bar staff yo have friendlier staff who eill give good service, offer better entertainment and also clean the pool area daily, if they can do this then this hotel would be fantastic as everything else is amazing.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful and clean Food great. No complaints Good size pool, plenty of sun beds and right on beachfront. Sun beds and umbrellas on beach to be paid for. Accessible for disabled with walkways and a lift into the sea. Great scuba diving on site. Fiona and Colin amazing.

We first started visiting this hotel in 2005 and completely love it. We have just returned from an all inclusive two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are very modern and clean. The food is superb and varied to suit all needs. The restaurant and bar staff really make you feel so welcome. We will certainly return as soon as we can because we know from experience, we will not be disappointed.

Such an amazing hotel. Great staff and the all inclusive package was great with plenty options for drinks and food at the buffet. Super friendly staff around the whole hotel. Bedroom clean with plenty light and lovely view from the balcony overlooking sandy bay beach
