Hotel in zona Konnos Beach - Road Access Point, Agia Napa

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

Salve, hotel da 4 ★, però offre servizi da 3★, una tecnica usata da albergatori che non appartengono al mestiere. Si mangia fuori al caldo a 30 gradi e la sala rimane chiusa. Cibo limitato e con poca scelta da 3★, non c'è la pizza nel buffet, non esiste la banana e yogurt scarso. Non c'è l' aria condizionata nei corridoi e a volte manca nel reception. La piscina esterna è calda. Secondo me l'acqua va raffreddata un po' e va reciclata spesso. Il personale mai sorridente tranne un paio. Concludendo in questa struttura puoi divertirti e fare una buona vacanza però senza usufruire la 4★ del hotel.

Hotel molto curato e bello. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. La recensio e è negativa perché nelle tre notti in cui siamo rimasti la camera è stata rifatta e pulita male il secondo giorno e il terzo giorno non è stata pulita e non sono srati cambiati gli asciugamani. Questo non è possibile per un hotel di questo livello. Inoltre per le prime notti una discoteca vicina con la musica altissima fino alle 3 di notte ci ha impedito di riposare. Si sentiva tutto anche con le finestre chiuse. I gestori degli hotel vicini dovrebbero provvedere.

Stavo per una settimana a questo piccolo gem di un hotel. Arrivò un po' più tardi del servizio di cena dell'AI ma fu immediatamente dato un sacchetto da snack dal personale della reception. Eravamo negli studio/apt al retro dell'hotel e erano eccellenti. La nostra casa era molto confortevole, le camere erano pulite e il personale di servizio era sempre andato fuori per dare a nostra figlia un sorriso e un'ondata. Le vernice di plastica al pool della corona di Napa, fatto perché, tuttavia, avrebbero preferito pinti piuttosto che metà quando è venuto alla birra sul AI, ma non si sarebbe ingannato a molto. La colazione è stata abbondante e deliziosa, il pranzo e il servizio di cena sulla spiaggia Nelia è stato eccellente e un bel toccamento per gli ospiti del giardino per poter stare e godere di intrattenimento serale insieme a bevande AI. La zona della piscina era grande, non massiccia e letti solari dove sempre disponibili. La ricezione ha reso il nostro ultimo giorno un po' più facile, concedendoci un check-in tardivo, dovevamo trasferire le stanze per questo, ma ci ha permesso di essere ben raffreddati prima di una lunga notte di viaggio a casa. Molte lamentele sul personale del bar qui, ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, sorridendo, dicendo ”ciao” e faranno lo stesso in cambio, sono qui per fare un lavoro e fanno bene. Fana di massa dei giardini e speriamo di tornare nel 2025! Tenetevi al lavoro, signore e signori!

The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. We chose this hotel due to the lounge area near the pool and bar as we prefer to sit in a chill environment opposed to a hotel with entertainment. On arrival we were shown our room. There were two paper bags each with a sandwich, apple and a carton of juice. This was a nice touch but have had better in other hotels. The room was dated, as other guests have said. There was a funny, chemical smell in our room, the wooden furniture was blown from the condensation and the bath really needs to be replaced with a shower. Air-conditioning worked well and rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard daily. Only niggles were the balcony was not swept so sand from the beach was there for our entire stay and mirrors were not wiped down. Our first night was peaceful, but the following night and then for the next four nights we had some very load neighbourhoods who were next to us and directly opposite. They were going out at 2am shouting and coming back crashing furniture, being sick, shouting and on one evening howling like wolves. I reported this to guest relations on the first night who took the room numbers, but nothing changed. Luckily, they went home after the fourth night, and we just slept in the sun bed through the day. We were all inclusive and cannot complain about the quality of the food and drinks. The three restaurants were absolutely amazing, Pepper bar being our favourite. In the hotel the cocktails were superb, however, the service was slow and took us a while to change from the quick service expected in the UK to the chilled environment of the Soma Lounge. We did feel that guests who were paying received a better service than those who were all inclusive. They were served quicker, more frequently and with a more friendly manner. I found this annoying as we were still paying, but we had just prepaid. It felt like the staff had the opinion that we were not worthy of the same level of service. Sunbeds were not an issue during our stay, there were still many available at 9am. Obviously the best positions around the pool had been reserved with towels, but we didn’t mind. As we entered the second week of our holiday, we noticed a change over of guest which changed the sunbed reservation dynamics and people began to reserve sunbed between 6-7am. If you went out in the morning you were unlikely to get a sunbed on your return. The food in Cloistesr was always delicious. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and often remembered what drink you were having with your meal. We were only ever offered one but had usually finished our meal and returned to the Soma Lounge for another. The surrounding area was pleasant, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Some enjoyable excursions and the beaches are stunning! I am glad we chose this hotel as it was right in the middle of everything and a beautiful, peaceful oasis inside. I am not sure that we would return to Ayia Napa again as we pref

Very welcoming and respectful staff. Food was and is amazing. The staff are so polite and friendly. Nothing is a hassle. Hotel room was large and tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here!! The shows and attractions Are so close and the Freddie Mercury show ar the Queen Vic was great and the Stardust Show was out of this world!. All well presented. We can't thank Lorenzo and the team enough for their warm welcome. See you next year with a few more family we hope. :-)

Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.
