Front Desk Shante was a delight!! EVERYTHING a guest needed to know about the hotel and surrounding eateries was right there! I showed up road weary and was greeted with a beaming smile, fantastic disposition, and unchallenged professionalism. The room was clean, quiet, loaded with the necessary amenities and downright comfortable. The proximity to the Capital was a huge plus for a Monday morning commute!!

The absolute best place to stay in Austin. The hospitality and service is unmatched. Friendliest and safest location I’ve ever been to. I was very taken back at first by the hospitality but then realized how genuine and honest they are. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Whenever I’m in Austin, this is where I stay. There’s no other better bang for the buck.

Ero estremamente agitato per vedere un film di nudezza e una scena di un uomo nudo e una donna che ha fatto sesso (AKA porno) sul lobby / colazione TV. Ero ancora più agitato quando, dopo aver chiesto al manager, Diana, di cambiare il canale che è venuta in zona e io invece di cambiare il canale a qualcosa di più appropriato, Il signore mi ha chiesto se fosse bene per lei cambiare il canale come se qualcosa del genere fosse in votazione tra gli ospiti invece di politica alberghiera.Direi che ero arrabbiato per il modo in cui ha maltrattato sarebbe un sottovalutazione. Nonostante il fatto che ho vissuto in Hampton almeno mezza dozzina di volte l'anno scorso o così. Non tornerò. Mantenere la televisione pubblica porno fuori e insegnare ai manager come affrontare questioni di politica aziendale sarebbe la mia proposta Hampton/Hilton. Altrimenti la posizione è buona e le camere sono pulite. È troppo cattivo permettere la programmazione immonda di essere svolto sulla televisione in pubblico.

We stayed 1.5 nights (you’ll see why) at this hotel and my elderly parents found 2 inch long COCKROACHES in the bathroom. They had exposed food and drink and had to toss it all away. There could be cockroach eggs in their clothes or luggage, I don’t know. We’ll have to toss it all. I asked the front desk for a free night and an upgraded room. The front desk said yes she will call when the room is ready, then yes again when we left for domaine mall. After 5 hours of no call and it getting to be about 5-6pm, I called the hotel to see where we are on the room. In comes JAY (different front desk person) who said there is no upgraded room and refused to rectify the situation, since we were twice promised an upgraded room. He also yelled and belittled me and told me to move my parents luggage to the room ourselves, when I asked if the hotel could at least move their luggage to the room by the time we arrived. Essentially, he told a paying customer to kick rocks. Great customer service (sarcasm). Once we got to the hotel to pick up the keys, I let JAY calmly know I didn’t appreciate being yelled at and belittled and he went off on me and said he would kick my 60+ year old father ass. I have it on video. This is absolutely unacceptable for a Marriott hotel. Yeah JAY, you are a tough guy for threatening my 60+ year old father… I hope corporate Marriott contacts me, as we stay on avg 75+ nights at Marriott hotels a year and I gotta be completely honest, this is the worst Marriott associated hotel we’ve ever been at in our entire lives. The complete apathy of JAY and his lack of professionalism makes me very scared for the health and well being of anyone staying at this hotel. I thought he was gonna try and fight us or worse, for simply asking what was agreed to and promised to us…. Do not stay here if you enjoy being safe. By the way, verbal assault is a misdemeanor under texas law and it was during the course of business and we have video of him saying he’d kick my 60+ year old dads ass and that he “doesn’t care” right after, indicting he’s willing to maybe go above and beyond that? Seriously, what is wrong with this guy. We are just trying to have a normal relaxing family vacation during Labor Day weekend… ruined now. Thanks.
