Great stay hotel was clean would book again. It was a nice hotel.

酒店還不錯，服務很熱情，房間設施齊全。附近環境也不錯，1mile左右有沃爾瑪。 房間有桌子可以辦公，但不是很大，這幾天一直在大廳的大桌子辦公了。

很好的體驗，周邊停車很方便，離超市也近。

第一個要早晨被吵醒，在清理落葉，除此之外都還好。

Good, clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms was clean and comfortable. They charge you $5 a night for parking, no exceptions. Two negative comments, which really aren't the hotel's fault: Driving into the hotel off of Anderson Lane can be very dangerous. It's a 90-degree turn to the right there, and the road is hidden by those cement pillars until you come right up to it. If the traffic behind you is close and/or going fast you could get rear-ended. Better to enter the hotel from the I-35 frontage road, heading north. Look at it on Google Maps to see what I mean. Secondly, vehicle sounds woke me up and I use a white-noise machine. I think it has to do with the enclosed parking space. Idk.

Awful….. Do not put this hotel by mistake like I did thought I got the other one closer to the airport and stopped there first. Front desk clerk at the wrong hotel was very kind and offered me water and everything before I left. Got here and as a member was offered nothing. Not one word was. Front desk, clerk was abrupt, not friendly. Room stank like there had been a flood and the carpets had just been tried to be dried with fans. It was dank and dark and nasty. Stayed a whole four hours. Never again. It’s pretty sad when another hotel gives you more service when you’re not a guest there than the one that you are a guest at.

I love this hotel! The hotel staff are so kind and so welcoming. I love this place! They have a great breakfast and the food in the restaurant is so good! If you like quiet this is the best place for that. I slept so well each and every time I stay there and I stay there a lot.

Chonda always greeted me w a smile and hello or goodbye and have a nice day. Andrea was very personable and made me feel so seen. Marcus the security at nite had such a great presence of professionalism and groundedness. I had the best week here at the i10 location by Red Rocks Church bc of these people. Thank you. God bless.

The gentleman working front desk was very bothered by us interrupting his personal calls during our check in / questions about the stay. $5 parking online means $32 a night plus tax after check in. Room was not great. Pictures for reference.

We are so thankful to the entire Hampton Inn staff for making our daughter’s graduation celebration so easy .. from the check in process to the service and set up in the meeting room. Very grateful to Nataly , Chante, Shonda. Thank you again .!

Special thanks to a wonderful and awesome Front Desk Professional, Miss CHONDA, my family experienced the very best checkin and customer service support because we had a small check in glitch so immediately Chonda adapted, improvised and overcame all the issues and help is have a smooth transition into our wonderful rooms after a long drive. Very nice rooms. Exactly what I was looking for in the hotel. The teams front desk and breakfast both provided very kind service.the only detail that may be specific from the room assigned to me was that the room vent wasn't working. Other than that. Lovely place and attention from the team.
