"We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Auckland City Centre and had a great experience. Sam from the night staff was lovely! Very helpful and informative, and even managed to get us a great room with an amazing view despite our last minute booking. The breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend!"

"Tutto il personale era fantastico. Sono stati gentili, disponibili e hanno sempre risposto alle domande in modo conciso. L'hotel in sé è molto datato. La porta principale della nostra stanza aveva un ampio spazio sotto di essa, il che significa che i rumori dal corridoio erano più forti del previsto. Anche il lavandino del bagno era molto piccolo, cosa che personalmente non mi piaceva. Ma tutto ha funzionato. Sono stato grato che ci sia una lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici ad uso degli ospiti."

"L'hotel era perfetto per me. A destra di Queens Street, la posizione era perfetta. La maggior parte dei posti che dovevo andare erano a piedi. La stanza era molto pulita. Le strutture erano grandi, tra cui lavanderia. E il personale era amichevole e utile. Sarò certamente tornato.Grande valore per i soldi!"

"My husband and I stayed in VR hotel for 7 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff Thea who attended to us on the day of our check-in was friendly and helpful. What I like best about the hotel is it has a small well equipped kitchen. There's a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dish washing machine, a fridge and a washing machine. However the washing machine was broken but it was ok as the hotel will wash and dry your clothes free of charge. The location of the hotel is good with many restaurants around. The sky tower is just a short walk away. This hotel allows me to live like a New Zealander, buying provisions and cooking my own meals.👍"

"Loved this hotel! If you’re ever in Auckland and you’re not sure where to stay, I really recommend this hotel! Clean bathroom, clean room, has all the basic amenities and walking distance to eateries as well as the harbour + sky tower :) Great service and staff were all really friendly! I appreciate the hospitality and thank you for reserving the car parking for my family and I :)"

"The hotel is just everything you need in Auckland. We booked a one-bedroom suite, with a double bed and a sofa bed that can fit us 3 well. There are enough amenities for travellers abroad from washing/dryer machine, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, kitchenware, dining table. Housekeeping is daily so this helps clear the rubbish in the room much. Staff is helpful and you get to use anytime fitness for free (we didn't use it though). Walking distance to 24/7 shop, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland. The only downsides for us are unstable hot shower and air con is a bit stingy. But during our stay it's cold enough that we don't need Aircon. We'll definitely come back here if we travel to Auckland."

"The $200 bond is quite inconvenient and teaches me for not reading it properly. Parking was not included in the booking so that made it hard as there was street parking down the road. Beds were comfy and kids had a nice time but there were a lot of people coming in and out of the elevators when we used them that were clearly on some form of ****. Due to those type of people being there made it a bit uncomfortable to be staying there with our kids."

"Che grande punto di vista, sorprendente, così vicino a tutto. Il letto era molto comodo, le strutture erano perfette, così pulite e tempestose e un bel cesto di buone gentiluove da godere. Il nostro unico negativo era quello di essere davanti alla porta davanti quando altri ospiti entravano alle 3:00, parlando in giro in sala e chiudendo le porte. (per altri ospiti che leggevano questo, si prega di tenere conto di questo quando si arriva alla notte) A parte il piacevole soggiorno. Molto consigliato."
