Hotel con parcheggio a Auckland

A family of four for two nights. We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️ Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view. Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

One of the best place in Auckland central. The location is prime, you can find many food choices around. The front guy is so nice. He help us on many things.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed

I had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having a washing machine was extremely convenient. One of my favorite features was the spa bathtub, and it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland. Thank you for the excellent service!

Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

Il mio uomo è condiviso con me e evitare che gli ospiti successivi incontrino lo stesso problema: 1️⃣ Acquista una carta telefonica che puoi chiamare telefono internazionale ＋ online 2️⃣ Completato in anticipoCheck in 3️⃣ Tutti i nomi sono completi 4️⃣ Salva una buona casella postale di riserva dell'hotel In particolare, sincronizo: 1️⃣ La ricezione non è un servizio 24 ore L'hotel è indipendente all'orario non lavorativo (come la notte).Quando sono arrivato alle 6:30 di quel giorno, la ricetta è stata chiusa e il personale può contattare il telefono di contatto (a lunga distanza internazionale) lasciato sulla porta.Pertanto, si raccomanda di confermare l'ora di arrivo in anticipo e cercare di arrivare entro il tempo di lavoro. 2️⃣ Deve completare l'iscrizione online in anticipo L'hotel invia le richieste di posta in anticipo per compilare il messaggio di soggiorno.Si prega di compilare il nome completo di tutti i residenti. Anche se il nome della prenotazione di Trip.com non è possibile trovare il nome di registrazione online se non è inserito. Ho scritto il nome di un residente, che ha fatto sì che il personale non potesse corrispondere all'ordine telefonico e ha influenzato il trattamento del soggiorno.Devo solo inviare una conferma per me stesso. 3️⃣ Si consiglia di preparare una carta telefonica per telefono internazionale Se arrivano in tempo non lavorativo, dovrai chiamare il personale di contatto telefonico fornito dalla porta.Dopo aver chiamato me stesso, per favore, aiutami anche Trip.com, ma Trip.com può provare ad aiutare, ma alla fine contatta l'appartamento e invia posta da solo, ma Trip.com è buono e ha un aiuto positivo per gestire. Si raccomanda di preparare in anticipo la carta telefonica internazionale e la carta telefonica online per comunicare e inviare e-mail in tempo utile. 4️⃣ Attenzione alla cassetta postale di riserva dell'hotel Se c'è un problema di comunicazione e-mail, si può provare a contattare la casella di prenotazione dell'hotel (di solito per la prenotazione @ all'inizio della casella di posta, c'è nella Trip.com), la risposta sarà più veloce.Il personale mi ha letto una casella di posta nel telefono, sbagliato. In generale, le attrezzature hardware dell'hotel sono buone, ma il processo di soggiorno richiede preparazione e conferma anticipata.Si consiglia di completare tutte le procedure online prima di partire e di mantenere buoni contatti con l'hotel per evitare che il soggiorno sia influenzato quando arriva la notte.

La stanza era molto vecchia, aveva una fuga nel tetto della camera da bagno che era evidentemente esistente da anni, perché aveva un grande patch sopra di essa che cadeva. Il pavimento era estremamente slipperoso e c'erano alcuni capelli neri in tutto il pavimento del bagno. Il servizio era amichevole, ma si è preso un po'di carico dall'aeroporto.

Situato al contrario della stazione ferroviaria della stazione di auto Manuko, il traffico è conveniente.La stanza è pulita e pulita e la cucina può cucinare.
