Hotel with seaview and open air Onsen. Breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was nice.

環境美，設施完善，房內温泉和公共温泉都很好

酒店位置很好，離海邊很近，算是海景房。房間雖小，但功能齊全，像一衹五臟俱全的小麻雀。早餐品種很豐富。總體來説，物超所值。

地方都算方便，由熱海站出口搭巴士就可以到 行去就遠d 溫泉唔錯

為看熱海花火大會而來，位子無敵了，頂樓露台直接被佈置為住店客人觀看專席，早餐也不錯，其他就是中規中矩的酒店。

除了看花火位置絕佳，別無他長，3500人民幣一晚，確實不值

酒店位置不錯，晚上在熱海附近吃吃看看，中式餐廳很少，便利店有好幾個。入住感覺還是滿意的，陽台上可以泡澡。

酒店地點ok， 早餐、晚餐都是自助形式 都不錯

面朝大海，風景太棒了

服務特別周到

Not the fanciest place, but a comfortable, well-designed room. Loved the shower that opened onto the (screened) balcony’s onsen tub! Bed was nice and big, and the balcony seating area was pleasant, even with a city view. Convenient to the beach, would be great during swimming season.

Great rooms and spa. Restaurant had a great choice of quality food. Very attentive staff, called a taxi for us and waved us off.

Was an excellent stay. Suite was spacious with a shower walk in to a private onsen. Beautiful view of the ocean and was steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Dinner and breakfast options are a must. The selection and service was first class. Advertised as a buffett, however it was anything but. With a chef on hand cooking Wagyu beef to a great assortment of side dishes, salads and desserts, we were thoroughly impressed. Public onsen and rooftop pool also made our stay a perfect getaway and a great alternative to Hakone crowds. Will visit again ❤️

花火大会の日に合わせて宿泊しました。事前に電話で駐車場の有無を確認したところ、ホテルのは1日1000円で止められる、周りにも24時間の上限700円のとこや1000円のところもあるので、ホテルのところに止められなくても大丈夫との案内でした。 その日は15時のチェックインより早めに着いてしまったので、近くのコインパーキングに止め、そのまま宿泊し、翌日の朝にチェックアウトしたときに駐車場から車を出ししましたが、駐車場代が一万円弱と出ており、花火大会の日は上限がなくなっていたとのこと。 ホテルの方にはそのような情報をいただけておらず、再度問い合わせたところ、花火大会はそうなりますねと淡々と話され、サービス券なども特に出せないとのこと。 宿泊代もかなりのお値段のわりにはサービスや対応はとても冷たく感じました。初めから教えていただけていればと、記念日がとても複雑な気持ちになってしまいました。
