Hotel Family-friendly a Assuan

Molto bene. Molto bello e amichevole personale dell'hotel. Ci trattano davvero molto bene e forniscono un servizio molto buono. Vorrei certamente consigliare alle persone di rimanere in questo meraviglioso hotel

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect. Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all it is like a staying with your family far from home, in a very tourist welcoming area in general but also the hotel. All Nubian people are welcoming and honest; especially if you are coming from somewhere other than Egypt you will feel refreshed getting rid of bargaining. Hotel arranged an Abu Simbel transportation (which was 3 hours away)with lunch box for us early in the morning at 04:00 am we came back around 1 pm and take a tour to Philae Temple then came back to hotel (which was our cozy home) and Ahmed took us to village as a local, guided as and provided fair prices, we experienced their culture seeing the magnificently painted surroundings also jumping in local houses with tortoise and crocodiles, and they have provided us transportation to Aswan Train Station. I even felt sad because of leaving a place with full of brothers. Thanks to Ahmed (both), Ms Mai, Mohammed and Islam. It was an amazing experience, you shall not say i’ve visited Egypt before seeing Nubian Village.

Siamo stati frustrati e ansiosi in questo resort benessere.Il nostro taxi guidatore ha rifiutato di prendere la montagna e il tuktuk ha rifiutato di prenderci a causa dei nostri sacchetti (che è comprensibile). Sono molto deluso nel servizio e so che il personale ha un sacco di potenziale per migliorare la prestazione del servizio. L'hotel deve essere più consapevole del loro servizio clienti e ospite. Rimanere qui era stressante. Si consiglia di avere vibes estetiche, un bellissimo hotel pittoresco con buon colazione. Non consigliare se si privilegia un grande servizio ospite, comodità e pace.

我們選擇的是雙人休閑房，位於二樓3號，打開房門是一個1.5-2個平方的小空間，有三個小門，一個衞生間，兩個獨立的小房間，小房間裏面是一個大約1.5米的床，一個寫字枱，一個開放式衣架和一個冰箱櫃。帶聯通房間的陽台，1樓是這棟房子的公共客廳。 衞生間台盆比一般的高，沒有浴缸，是移門淋雨。客廳挺漂亮，但是在一樓，又是公共空間，不太會去用。 床尾兩個角突出一截，書桌一角竟然還突出一截，奇奇怪怪不實用。房間裏面插坐不夠，連原本房間配的燈都沒有地方插電。 來住的話一定記得帶轉接頭和拖線板。 酒店是很多棟小別墅組成的，早飯要乘坐接駁車到1公裡外去吃，酒店可以提前聯繫去機場接機，免費。酒店挺漂亮的，有度假的感覺，床很舒服的，地方比較偏僻，距離各個景點都有段距離，打車80埃鎊左右，另外，中國人挺多的。 酒店的食物比較貴。
