We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. L'igloo di vetro era fantastico ma devi camminare fino alla pensione per fare le docce. La colazione era ottima e il ristorante offriva buone opzioni per pranzo e colazione. I più avventurosi potranno andare al vicino supermercato e cucinare il pasto nel caminetto riparato. Non dimenticare di provare la sauna tradizionale o quella elettrica durante il tuo soggiorno! La cosa più importante è partecipare alle attività guidate con bevande calde e salsicce arrosto, come gite in slitta con gli husky, caccia all'aurora boreale e pattinaggio sul ghiaccio.

I've only spent one night with my son, and we've been taken care of very well, it's very familiar. They offer you everything you need, it is located at the door. the only thing it does not have is private bathroom, and the beds are fine, the only thing I put a fault is the pillows. but I recommend it is my very nice, quiet, and good place to see aurora bowling, because it has 200 meters a perfect lake to see them.

Buona struttura per chi non usa il servizio di sci. È stato fornito un colazione di partenza quando abbiamo dovuto prendere il 6am bus 100 a Città per un evento. La posizione non è conveniente per il trasporto pubblico, poiché ci sono solo 6 autobus al giorno dove l'ultimo autobus è alle 9:00.

L'endroit est très isolé, ce qui a permis de voir des aurores boréales tous les soirs. Contrairement aux autres hôtels de Laponie dans lesquels nous avons séjourné, qui était trop proches des lumières de la ville. Le site est joliment décoré de lumières. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

The cottage was what was promised in the description. It fit 2 adults + 2 teenagers and 2 dogs just fine. The kitchen equipment was good, everything you needed was found. We will definitely come again
