A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.

The food is delicious with 360° panoramic view restaurant at 23th floor, you can take breakfast and dinner with great view of Astana City. It is amazing and worth it, excellent

Bathrooms could be better. Overall very good. Gym saloon is very good, but should be open very early and very late, like from 05:00am to 01:00am.

호텔이 아주 깨끗하고, 내부시설도 좋았습니다. 부폐 식사도 좋았으나, 매일 같은 메뉴여서, 조금 그렇기는 하지만, 전반적으로 훌륭했습니다. 주변 관광시설도 가깝게 위치하고 있습니다. 담번에도 오고 싶어요.

去阿斯塔納出差，活動在喜來登，這個酒店離喜來登近。環境實在是一般，也就是國內三星水平，價格確是國內五星的兩倍還不止。壁紙都開膠了，地毯也臟臟的，設施非常老舊，隔音還很差，隔壁開門以為是開自己的門。性價比不高，不建議。前台也很死板，不到1點鐘就是不給開房間。前台連水都沒有。再也不會去住。

這個酒店給我的印象太深刻太差勁了。入入住第一天停水停電16個小時，從16號16:00開始停一直到17號早上8點，我們一再溝通協商後來電了。就這樣沒電沒水過了一夜，沒有洗漱睡了，也不知道安排礦泉水來讓我們應急，公關極差。人生第一次遇到酒店會停電會停水。第二天差點蓬頭垢面出門拜訪客户。體驗極差！800多一天的酒店，一整天沒任何服務，衹退255元，摳摳搜搜！這酒店令人非常難忘！不推薦！

各項設施服務都很到位，特別是前臺中文服務的小夥子熱情周到，解決了我們語言上的障礙，房間裏有中央電視台的節目，使我們順利觀看奧運節目。另外，本應12:00退房，給我們免費延時到14:00，退房後我們又在房間門外的休閑區喝茶吃飯，房間的門也一直沒關，用水、上衞生間都沒受影響，非常人性化。
