Questa stanza era disgustosa! Così sporco e incerto da dove iniziare con questo feedback😖 Le foto NON corrispondevano a quanto fornito. Ho provato a riprenotare altrove nelle vicinanze, ma non ho avuto successo con un preavviso così breve. Trip e qualsiasi altro agente di prenotazione deve rivedere immediatamente le proprie foto online. Avevo paura che le mie cose sarebbero state rubate mentre dormivo o ero in giro. Ero preoccupato di fare la doccia, camminare per terra o addormentarmi a causa dell'impurità. Non mi sentivo sicuro di presentare un reclamo in loco o richiedere un rimborso mentre ero lì perché avevo i miei 2 bambini piccoli e temevo le ripercussioni. WH&S avrebbe una giornata campale qui. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui è stata descritta come una stanza "superiore". La polvere era spessa un pollice lungo i bordi del pavimento e le testate dei letti. Il frigo bar e le pareti erano sporche. Le prese d'aria e l'asciugacapelli erano intasati di polvere. Le stoviglie e le posate non sono state lavate o non sono state lavate correttamente. Non c'era panno o detersivo per lavarli?? Abbastanza sicuro che ci fosse un pelo pubico su 1 degli asciugamani! A malapena usciva acqua dal soffione della doccia. L'unità puzzava di umidità di risalita. Sembrava che i roditori avessero fatto una casa confortevole nella putrida toeletta del bagno. 1 dei letti era cosparso di roba nera. L'aria condizionata puzzava. Non c'erano coperture doona. Semplicemente orribile. Vedi le foto.

Posto perfetto per la notte solo per riposarsi per raccogliere energia per continuare il viaggio il giorno successivo

Abbiamo prenotato la camera doppia deluxe per una notte, ma è stato molto deludente. Innanzitutto la stanza non assomiglia per niente alle foto pubblicizzate. La stanza era sporca e sembra non essere stata affatto pulita con polvere incrostata in ogni luogo. Il bagno aveva una finestra mancante, con l'acqua che entrava durante la notte a causa della pioggia. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza terribile. Non tornerò mai più.

Non prenoterei di nuovo. La camera era sporca e non assomigliava per niente alle foto. Ho anche incontrato molti scarafaggi durante il mio soggiorno di una notte.

Non hanno carta igienica e non hanno fazzoletti in camera...

This was the worst stay ever. We stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day room service was done. Even we put the note “please clean the room” out side the door but not cleaned at all where in the description it says daily house keeping. The room is really small. Even we called them to clean the room but still the same.It said its full price was around $900 but we got the room @458. Its a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because their customer service was worst and no parking too. The hotel looked luxury from outside only in the reception. I would rather put light on this topic to trip.com that I should get a refund for not giving me daily housekeeping but its mentioned in your website. It I will never go back there and thank you for not giving the service as you write in your description.

There are many insect in the room and a hole on the ceiling

Hey gals and guys, friendly staff on the desk, everything you need in your room,clean and tidy. Excellent value for the $$.

Though the room was small but it is ok for one pax.However the toliet bowl was open and the shower cabin was too small.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. The only downside was the noise from the endless traffic but I did sleep well despite it. No food provided by the hotel so you do need to pop out to the pizza restaurant on the corner (The pizza was delicious!) or to one of the grocery stores just down the road which was easy enough to do.

The service in the hotel was really nice and the plus was netflix. I recommend it!

This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered till now. We booked 2 rooms when we checked in one room was not cleaned yet. We tried to contact reception but there was no one at that moment. We booked another hotel for twice that price. Next day we talked to receptionist they said we need to ask trip for refund so we did. But trip later said us that the hotel disagree to refund because it was not smelly. I mean seriously? Isn't that the normal thing to refund when the guest didn't use the room because they forgot to clean the room and put us there mistakenly. This was so frustrating and my worst experience with hotel and trip as well. They offered us to refund like 2500 jpy which was not even half the price of the room we payed. And also we had to pay double the price to another hotel .
