We did not feel that we had any privilege that a Hilton Honors Diamond member should expect during our stay. - It appeared that only a few rooms were occupied when we arrived, but we did not receive any room upgrade. Also, all designed parking spaces for Diamond members were occupied while the rest of the parking lot was practically empty. - Immediately after we entered out room, someone used a key card and opened our room door. Although it turned out to be a housekeeping staff, but that creeped us out very much. - I called the hotel before I made the reservation and confirmed (with the staff named Heather) that we would have complimentary breakfasts for every night as a Diamond member. But when we checked in we were told that it was actually the daily credit rather than the actual breakfasts. That was a big disappointment. - When we made the reservation we requested daily housekeeping service. But when we checked with the front desk staff the first night that their system did not show our request. Fortunately we caught that in time and asked the staff to reflect our request in the system, and we did have the housekeeping services as requested. - Our breakfast experience at the restaurant was horrible. The waitress did not even greet us, even after I approached her and mentioned we were sitting at a table. Then, one person walked in and sat at another table and she immediately brought him juice and coffee while she continued ignoring us. I then walked to the front desk and reported my situation and the front desk staff went to talk with the waitress. After that, the waitress still decided not to come to our table. I approached to her again and asked how we could order our breakfast. She then took our order and we finally could have a normal breakfast from that on. - A couple days after our stay, I reviewed the final statement and saw that some daily credits were missing. I called the hotel and the staff (Natasha) admitted the error, and said she would correct it so that it would be reflected in my credit card. But the overcharge has not been refunded to me.

After my horrendous stay the previous night, I was looking forward to being cosseted and spoiled by this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The rooms are large and well appointed, the coffee service supplied in the rooms has real cups, and they provide water for the Kuerig. There are not only the obligatory coffee pods, regular and decaf, but also a couple of tea pods. There are real glasses provided as well. And lest you think they are just wiped out by the housekeeping staff, they're not. I've seen the pallets of clean cups and glasses provided being brought up housekeeping, so they do go through a dishwasher. Lots of towels, the beds are comfortable, lots of charging stations provided for our electronics. They are very generous when it comes to the players clubs points, being used in the restaurants and for the room. The shower is large and there are not only shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall, but also shower gel. The shower has a rain shower head as well as a side shower, you can actually turn both on, at the same time. The staff is very welcoming, as well. This is my hotel of choice when driving through Washington State.

Marriott Titanium membro ma prima resta a questo marchio. Questo è un ottimo hotel. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato cortese e utile. La stanza era spaziale e ben attrezzata. All'inizio ero arrabbiato con un solo porto USB - al desk sotto la TV, poi ho capito che ci sono quattro porti sul telefono. Sono un fan del doccia-in passo e ho attaccato grandi bottiglie di prodotti da doccia. AMO le stazioni di idratazione che mi hanno permesso di riempire il mio bicchiere di idro con acqua e ghiaccio.C'era uno sul nostro piano dalle ascensori e uno nel centro fitness. Il centro fitness era bello in quanto ALL le macchine di elettrodomestici funzionavano ...non una esperienza comune per me. Ho usato solo il palco, ma hanno dei bellissimi con diversi programmi e scenari. La stanza sembrava ben ventilata anche. Non c'era problema di parcheggiare. Ho deciso di lasciare il veicolo fuori e ho parcheggiato dove potevo vederlo dalla finestra. Non c'era nessun rumore folle o persone schizzine fuori durante il mio soggiorno. Ero al settimo piano con accesso al pantry. Questo è il cielo per me, perché il colazione gratuito è solitamente sprecato su di me. Era ben memorizzato, ma per lo più dolci e carote che mi hanno permesso di indulgere in patatine di popcorn e di peperma. La mia unica influenza è piccola e facilmente riparata ... Attacca più di un gancio nel bagno, specialmente se si intende incoraggiare le persone a riutilizzare i loro asciugamani. In generale, attendiamo con ansia di rimanere in questo hotel e di marchio in futuro.
