Nice big rooms with a big jacuzzi in the middle. Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent cleaning and incredably helpful and serviceminded staff. Very good and rich breakfast, with big variety of choises. Situated in a quiet olive grove with a spacious pool area. On the downside: rooms need a general freshing up, wallpaper not sticking to the wall, flush botton in the toilet coming off the wall, no forreign channels on the tv provided. if those things would be taken care of my rate would be a strong 5!!!!!!!!

Pubblico qui la mail inviata alla agenzia viaggi/struttura oramai da 2 settimane e alla quale non ho avuto alcuna risposta. 1. all’arrivo il driver aveva unaltro nome e non il nostro: ho dovuto contattare lei e chiedere alla moltitudine di autisti quale era quello del nostro hotel. Mezz’ora in aeroporto per inefficienza e mal organizzazione. 2. La stanza - chiamata suite dal personale, ma di fatto non lo è - ha bagno aperto sulla camera (terribile) ed entrando ci si trova davanti alla vasca da bagno. Sul balcone abbiamo trovato un vecchio idromassaggio in perenne funzione con acqua calda (sporca) ci sono voluti 2 giorni, 2 chiamate alla reception e poi trascinata dentro una cameriera che al finale ha abbassato la leva al quadro elettrico… da quel momento in poi, dimenticata spenta e mai più rimessa in uso. La manutenzione della vasca esterna appunto, del wc , del tendaggio e del mobilio in plastica praticamente inesistente. Biancheria letto e biancheria bagni di scarsissima qualità, lavata e stirata in malo modo, bianca (anzi grigia o giallina). Bagnoschiuma, vanity set, cialde caffè, acqua qualora terminati, sostituiti solo a espressa richiesta… personale di pulizia e riassetto di scarsissima professionalità. 3. Ristorazione di bassa qualità e con poca/nulla scelta, cameriere ai tavoli rumorose e poco professionali. Maitre e someiller da 5 stelle, come si fregia l’hotel, neanche l’ombra. La sera del 15 - ferragosto - niente di organizzato… solita cena. Mai un fiore, mai una candela 4. Spiaggia piccola, disordinata, sporca con tratto mare delimitato da un pontile in plastica galleggiante e malcurato. Doccia esterna mal posizionata e poco fruibile. Nessun watersport se non una vecchia canoa e una tavola sup sbrindellata in un angolo senza servizio beach boy - ne per i lettini ne per una consumazione bar - Abbiamo purtroppo notato che 2 moto d’acqua - che avremo tanto voluto utilizzare - erano parcheggiate su carrelli in fondo al parcheggio e ci è stato detto, a richiesta di utilizzo a pagamento, che non erano disponibili al noleggio. 5. Palestra sottoterra con attrezzi di scarsa qualità (no Technogym come abbiamo sempre visto nelle strutture di livello), la Spa non l’abbiamo appocciata ma nonostante ci fosse un poggio sopra la spiaggia con 2 lettini massaggio - bello, relax, romantico - non abbiamo mai visto nessuno approntare ed ancor meno usufruire di un trattamento. 6. L’isola di Zacinto, che abbiamo girato con quod e motorino presi a noleggio, è enorme con al centro una parte montuosa, quindi di difficile percorrenza. Strade con mille curve e mal asfaltate, spiagge mal e poco attrezzate, taverne e bar turistici di cattiva qualità …. veramente una meta depressa che nulla a che vedere con i lati della “Grecia cozy” bianca, blu con le buganvillee … tutto abbandonato sporco e inospitale. Unica nota positiva - ma è veramente poca consolazione - il 13 agosto abbiamo preso un motoscafo con comandante a noleggio che ci ha portato dall’altra

There is a lot of great thing about this hotel like the activities every day and night on offer, the food was always good especially at lunch time, staff always friendly and the rooms are what was expected and even came with some lovely toiletries bits in the bathroom Downsides are, the sun loungers. Most of them are broken and really unsafe to use. I had one that the frame wasn’t connected to the legs. Also on the first day myself and my partner sat on the bed and it broke .Okay the maintenance man was lovely and came out to repair it however it was clear the bed was missing a few legs. U can see it originally had 6 legs and it only had 4. We spent the whole week worried that we would turn too much that it would collapse again. We wasn’t offered a room change or a refund. Maybe I should have made more of a fuss but decided to let it go. Then there’s the lack of information about the hotel when you arrive. No information given in regards of meal times, what areas were for the my favourite club and what was for the rest of us. I asked and was told to download an app which has got some information on it. But still not a great deal. And then there’s the my favourite club… what is the point in separating guest? I understand you want some guest to feel that extra special for paying a bit more but when I booked it said it had 2 pools and we can only use one of them? Why advertise there’s 2 pools if we can’t use one? The people I have spoken to at the hotel have also said there isn’t any point as the rooms are not that different except they have sea view. Might as well open the hotel to everyone and let those with the pool out side there rooms feel special with a pool with less people and let everyone have access to the infinity pool. Lastly there the lack of bath plug in the room. Why have a bath tub if u can’t use it? It was part of the reason to why we booked this hotel. My partner has a skin condition and to keep it under control he needs to have a bath with his cream to help it. I asked at reception for a bath plug and was told we couldn’t get one as people kept flooding the bath room. I even said it was for his health and was told by the guy on the desk he couldn’t do anything. But said we could look in a shop. When this was the week before they shut in October at the end of the season. So no shops were open locally… I’m sorry that’s not good enough at all. Overall we have had a good holiday and have tried to not let the the few issues affect it too much. This is a okay hotel but it could be a great hotel. We currently would not come back again or recommend to a friend. The little issues do add up and out ways all the good things this hotel has to offer l.

Piccolo Hotel carino situato appena fuori paese a conduzione familiare. Ci lavorano padre madre figlio tutti molto gentili e premurosi, C ‘ e ‘ bisogno assolutamente di un mezzo per spostarsi. Punto di forza : La camera l’ ho trovata molto pulita e il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola viene fatto quotidianamente. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e il cibo non era male anche se un po’ ripetitivo. Se tornassi indietro pero’ farei solo la prima colazione ( c’ e ‘ abbastanza scelta ) In quanto credo sia bello in vacanza spostarsi . Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile fare cestino per spiaggia invece che cena ma non essendo abituati hanno risposto che non era possibile. Concludendo consiglio per la pulizia per la gentilezza dei proprietari ma non consiglio a chi e ‘ abituato alle comidita’ hotel spiaggia .

Zante Marie Suite (da non confondere con il Zante Marie!!!) si trova a Tslivi, cittadina turistica a 20 minuti da Zante città. È posto in cima ad una salita che dista 3 minuti a piedi dalla via commerciale di Tslivi, con tutti i servizi, quali ristoranti, negozio di souvenir, bar, market, centro estetico e tour operator per prenotare le gite in barca. A 1 km c'è anche la spiaggia di Tsilivi che però non reputo tra le più belle. Hotel adatto a coppie che vogliono tranquillità ed essere coccolate. Personale presente, discreto, sempre gentile e sorridente. Peccato che nessuno parli italiano. Il check in si fa da una App autonomamente una volta arrivati. La stessa App serve per chiedere il servizio in camera, la pulizia extra, vedere le previsioni del tempo ecc anche direttamente dal televisore della stanza. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile a 50 m dalla struttura. Ci sono 3 tipologie di stanze. La standard con balcone privato, e quelle con l'accesso diretto alla piscina, privata o semiprivata. La pulizia è ottima, i materiali scelti per food e arredamento anche. La particolarità di queste stanze è che hanno il bagno a vista all'interno della stessa, solo il water è in un piccolo vano a parte a porta chiusa. Non c'è bidet. Avrei gradito il cambio della saponetta giornaliero. Colazione servita fino alle 11 del mattino, con proposte dolci e salate sia tradizionali che internazionali. Spremuta d'arancia offerta di routine molto apprezzata. Un paio di volte a settimana vengono organizzati piccoli eventi soft tipo ”movie night” con film e popcorn oppure cena tipica greca con degustazione di vini. Si respire un'aria davvero rilassante. La piscina non ha bagnino; sono presenti sia sdraio che materassini comodissimi, c'è sempre una musica di sottofondo molto soft ed il bar è pronto a servire cocktail o a preparare freschi brunch da menù. Dietro al bar c'è un altro bancone dal quale si può sorseggiare un drink seduti nell'acqua. Abbiamo provato anche il servizio spa. Un massaggio completo di 1.10 h fatto a dovere, con la giusta pressione, ci ha rimesso al mondo! Bravissime le ragazze!! L'ultimo giorno viene lasciata in stanza una bottiglina di olio come presente di ringraziamento, davvero un pensiero carino! Devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, un piccolo angolo di paradiso moderno e curato da cui poter raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Zante. Grazie a tutto lo staff, ci vediamo presto!

Piccolo Hotel carino situato appena fuori paese a conduzione familiare. Ci lavorano padre madre figlio tutti molto gentili e premurosi, C ‘ e ‘ bisogno assolutamente di un mezzo per spostarsi. Punto di forza : La camera l’ ho trovata molto pulita e il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola viene fatto quotidianamente. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e il cibo non era male anche se un po’ ripetitivo. Se tornassi indietro pero’ farei solo la prima colazione ( c’ e ‘ abbastanza scelta ) In quanto credo sia bello in vacanza spostarsi . Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile fare cestino per spiaggia invece che cena ma non essendo abituati hanno risposto che non era possibile. Concludendo consiglio per la pulizia per la gentilezza dei proprietari ma non consiglio a chi e ‘ abituato alle comidita’ hotel spiaggia .

La struttura, le camere e le zone comuni avrebbero la potenzialità per essere un 5 stelle. Bellissima posizione sul mare, camere ampie, alcune con la piscina privata, altre con la piscina condivisa con altre stanze. E fin qui tutto benissimo, però veniamo ai motivi per cui ho assegnato solo 3 stelle e a dir la verità era indecisa se darne due, ma sono stata generosa visto che abbiamo comunque trascorso una bella vacanza! E veniamo alle criticità: tutto in hotel è poco curato: lettini in piscina con dei materaassini turchesi sbiaditi e sporchi, doccie in piscina e al mare: una non funzionante e l’altra ossidata, al mare non c’è una vera spiaggia ma ci sono dei lettini su un prato mal tenuto e spesso sporco degli scarti dei turisti del giorno prima, accesso al mare scomodo e spiaggia abbandonata a se stessa. Il personale è gentile ma senza una preparazione base che dovrebbero avere tutti nel mondo della ristorazione e dell’hotelerie. Alcuni esempi: al mattino in sala colazioni si guasta la macchina del caffè, chiedo due cappuccini alla cameriera e mi dice che sono a pagamento: va bene non ci cambiano la vita 6 euro, ma di fronte ad un disservizio cerchi di rimediare. L’hotel dispone anche di un ristorante a la carte con una magnifica terrazza vista mare, dove si può prenotare una cena per soggiorno: stendiamo un velo pietoso sulla qualità del cibo, che d’altronde non eccelle neppure al buffet, ma uno strofinaccio a quadretti, vecchio e non stirato come tovagliolo per la glacette del vino (costo 32 euro) non è ammissibile . Senza contare la quantità di vino versata nei bicchieri nemmeno degna di un’osteria di periferia. Anche la pulizia delle camere non eccelle: non lavano nemmeno i bicchieri e le tazze utilizzate! Ultima nota la piscina privata di uno sporco mai visto neppure in una piscina pubblica con centinaia di persone, È veramente un peccato perché basterebbe poco per rendere il soggiorno più gradevole per tutti.

There is a lot of great thing about this hotel like the activities every day and night on offer, the food was always good especially at lunch time, staff always friendly and the rooms are what was expected and even came with some lovely toiletries bits in the bathroom Downsides are, the sun loungers. Most of them are broken and really unsafe to use. I had one that the frame wasn’t connected to the legs. Also on the first day myself and my partner sat on the bed and it broke .Okay the maintenance man was lovely and came out to repair it however it was clear the bed was missing a few legs. U can see it originally had 6 legs and it only had 4. We spent the whole week worried that we would turn too much that it would collapse again. We wasn’t offered a room change or a refund. Maybe I should have made more of a fuss but decided to let it go. Then there’s the lack of information about the hotel when you arrive. No information given in regards of meal times, what areas were for the my favourite club and what was for the rest of us. I asked and was told to download an app which has got some information on it. But still not a great deal. And then there’s the my favourite club… what is the point in separating guest? I understand you want some guest to feel that extra special for paying a bit more but when I booked it said it had 2 pools and we can only use one of them? Why advertise there’s 2 pools if we can’t use one? The people I have spoken to at the hotel have also said there isn’t any point as the rooms are not that different except they have sea view. Might as well open the hotel to everyone and let those with the pool out side there rooms feel special with a pool with less people and let everyone have access to the infinity pool. Lastly there the lack of bath plug in the room. Why have a bath tub if u can’t use it? It was part of the reason to why we booked this hotel. My partner has a skin condition and to keep it under control he needs to have a bath with his cream to help it. I asked at reception for a bath plug and was told we couldn’t get one as people kept flooding the bath room. I even said it was for his health and was told by the guy on the desk he couldn’t do anything. But said we could look in a shop. When this was the week before they shut in October at the end of the season. So no shops were open locally… I’m sorry that’s not good enough at all. Overall we have had a good holiday and have tried to not let the the few issues affect it too much. This is a okay hotel but it could be a great hotel. We currently would not come back again or recommend to a friend. The little issues do add up and out ways all the good things this hotel has to offer l.
