Vatia Villas

We stayed in Villa 3 which is new for 2022. It is 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Villa finished to a very high standard, with walk-in showers. The large open plan kitchen leads into the sitting room area and there are three large patio doors that lead to a very good sized pool. Each bedroom has a smart TV with streaming services including Apple, Netflix and Prime. Outdoors there are 8 quality sun beds with 4 tables and parasols which face the sun all day. There is an outdoor shower and several areas to sit in the shade if you need a break from the sun. If that wasn’t enough, there is a BBQ area fully equipped with wood, coals and a fridge seating for 8 people and an outdoor smart TV for those perfect evenings. Tsivili is 2 kilometres from the Villa with lots of restaurants and activities. The hosts are truly wonderful and very hospitable people who band over backwards to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, nothing is too much trouble. This has easy become our favourite place to stay and is truly a home away from home! Credit to Spyros, Vaso and Harry for creating a gem of a holiday Villa, we will certainly be coming back.

Perfect villas, everything is new, very tiddy and clean, owners are very caring. You will find everything what are required. Villas are worth every euro we spend. Exceeded expectations. Strong recommendations 🙂

We had a fantastic stay!! We stayed in Villa 3. The Villa is fully equipped and very modern!!The pool was very nice!! The host Vaso was very friendly and very helpful!!Anything we needed in the island Vaso was there for us!! Highly recommended!! Definitely we will be back!!

stayed at villa 2, sea view, lovely clean villa, super location 5 minutes from shops and the beach, central enough to get to see the whole island. Really friendly owners and a lively cleaner who came in every day. There were five of us , one double bed, two singles, and a sofa. Beautiful garden and pool and with a new seating / BBQ area this year. Had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to return. Booked direct through the villa website which was very easy.

A great villa. Supermodern, very clean, wonderful as well inside as outside. Pool- and BBQ area is hudge and very comfortable. Hosts are very nice. Great attention by arrival. Daily cleaning. 5m from Tsivili centre by car and 25m to Zakynthos town. Good spot to discover the whole island.

A fabulous villa in a lovely quiet location. Great base to explore and beach and tavernas only 15 minute walk. The villa owners were communicative and always there if needed and it has everything you could ever want! Spotlessly clean and amazing welcome goodies on arrival. Would highly recommend

I stayed here with friends recently and we enjoyed our stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of amenities at the villa to be able to cook and wash your clothes. There was also a garage where we was able to park our quad bikes. I would stay here again.

het was een grote villa, alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. Het was compleet, er ontbrak niets. De enig minpunt was dat er mieren waren in de badkamer. Ik zou zeker deze accommodatie aanraden bij mijn vrienden en familie!

Wij verbleven in Villa 2 met een privé zwembad en schitterend verzorgde groene tuin. Bij aankomst zeer attent onthaald met een volle fruitschaal wat klaarstond. Zelfs de koelkast gevuld met water/sap en kaas. De eigenaresse (Vaso) was zeer behulpzaam. De veranda met BBQ faciliteiten was top. Top villa en keurige dagelijkse schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Zeer geslaagde vakantie in een rustige omgeving , maar toch dichtbij strand en restaurants.
