應該是塞維利亞最好的酒店，地理位置優越，離皇宮和教堂都很近，周邊就是商業區。酒店本身隸屬於萬豪的豪華精選品牌，是阿方索十三世當年為世界博覽會修建的，歷史氛圍濃厚，電梯也非常有特色；房間本身也很不錯，陳設不錯，床也很舒服，衛浴用品也都是精選品牌，除了沒有單獨的淋浴外沒啥缺點；早餐豐富，味道不錯，是自助式，麪對取餐台的左邊通道過去有專門的熱食廚師，可以做omelette和煎蛋之類的；入住時的行李搬運，離店時的行李寄存和叫車都很順利；最後提示一點：由於這個酒店在當地是知名豪華酒店，會被認為是有錢人，打車過來要小心有的司機會多收你錢，我從機場過來打表28歐元左右，但被司機收了35歐，請大家留意。

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

L'hotel è cambiato in una vecchia casa del XVII secolo, ma le strutture della stanza sono molto moderne e confortevoli.Particolarmente la scena sul pavimento è bella, specialmente la cattedrale di luci solari di mattina, molto bella. L'hotel non è lontano dai punti di attrazione. Mezz'ora a piedi può raggiungere tutti i punti di attrazione principali. È più vicino al palazzo e alla cattedrale. Ci sono dieci minuti.Il ristorante raccomandato dall'hotel è anche molto delizioso, ma solo dieci minuti a piedi.Molto buon hotel! L'unica carenza nella bellezza è che i sacchetti e i denti non sono stati aggiunta, non c'è lavagna da bruciare, e sono stati messi a tavola con la macchina del caffè.

Nice and cosy hotel in a quiet area of casco antiguo. Professional and helpful staff at reception, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Easy to walk anywhere, plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, but tucked away from the noise (which is excellent) The breakfast buffet was adequate, on the other hand the a la carte menu was very good. Also restaurant and rooms staff were really nice. The hotel is fairly priced.

Ottima posizione, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Parco spagnolo. Era tenuto pulito e il personale della reception era felice di aiutare. L'unico inconveniente è che l'isolamento acustico della stanza non è molto buono, puoi sentire il suono quando il vicino parla e accende le luci.

Nel complesso è abbastanza buono. Praticamente puoi raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni. Le finestre della camera familiare sono un po' piccole, il che mi fa sentire un po' frustrato. Abbiamo prenotato tutto il pacchetto, compreso l'hotel attraverso l'agenzia . l'hotel Giralda si è rivelato conforme alle informazioni ricevute, Ottima l'accoglienza da parte dello staff; Hall molto accogliente e luminosa, Struttura moderna e rinnovata e ben insonorizzata-La camera è molto ampia, ben dotata di confort, il bagno molto grande con vano doccia e vano water separati. L'hotel dispone di piscina con solarium e zona fitness. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante. E non meno importante, almeno per me, si trova a 8 minuti a piedi dal centro

Abbiamo assolutamente goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel! Tutto era pulito, le camere sembravano bellissime e era per lo più tranquillo. Il colazione era fantastica. Ci era molto da scegliere se si cercavano pasticceria, cereali o frutta fresca. La posizione era perfetta anche per noi, tutto era a piedi, ma c'era anche la possibilità di utilizzare le stazioni di tram che sono proprio lì. È possibile utilizzare la stazione di tram per raggiungere destinazioni popolari come la Plaza de Espana o la Catedral facilmente e a buon mercato. Il personale dell'hotel è stato anche molto amichevole e utile. Sono sempre disponibili per domande e ci hanno aiutato a prenotare taxi. Purtroppo il nostro viaggio a casa è stato cancellato, anche se c'era un festival e le camere erano completamente prenotate, hanno mostrato preoccupazione per noi e hanno riuscito a costruire una stanza per il nostro soggiorno esteso. Abbiamo ricevuto anche una bottiglia di acqua e qualche snack per il nostro soggiorno esteso. Abbiamo apprezzato il bel gesto. Rimaneremmo sicuramente in questo hotel e sceglieremo un altro hotel a Barcelo se sono disponibili in altre città.

For us, a perfect three night stay in the heart of Sevilla. The staff were top notch always available to answer questions and offer suggestions for supper (all were spot on). Location is superb within 10-15 minute walk of all of the important sights and attractions in Sevilla. The property is first rate and our room was perfect. Table served breakfast options were numerous and very good. There are more affordable options but this stay is well worth the price.
