Mein Aufenthalt Silvester 21/22, ein Erlebnis das ich keinem anderen Gast jemals Wünsche! Achtung absolute Service Wüste: keine 4 * Klassifizierung erwarten, 1. Standtort und Umgebung - ruhig gelegen und wunderschöne Waldnähe, perfekt für Naturfreunde und Ausgangspunkt um den Th. Wald zu entdecken. 2. Hotelerscheinung und Atmosphäre - Aussenbereich ok , vor 20 Jahren sicherlich noch schön anzusehen. (Stört aber grundsätzlich nicht) Atmosphäre gesamt im 90er Stil , wenige aber liebevolle Deko Elemente erkennbar. Hotelzimmer: Suite gebucht, neu renovierte Möbel mit schönen Holzelementen , allerdings Tapete und Vorhänge alt und schmutzig. Bett mit Haaren gespickt und Bad schmutzig & verstaubt, (leider Technik defekt, kann passieren) Restaurant & Saal: auch hier im 90er Stil, nostalgisch wer es mag. 3. Silverstergala Erscheinung: , kalt & keine Tischdeko , 5 Gang Menü eingedeckt und Luftballon am Stuhl, wäre grundsätzlich nicht schlimm in einer Gaststätte. (Allerdings für 99,€ inkl. 5 Gang Menü - (war ok und hat geschmeckt, allerdings mit Komponenten die garnicht auf der Karte standen) Glas Sekt, DJ ohne Moderation & Funktion mit Tanzverbot (Corona bedingt allerdings vorher nicht kommuniziert), Zauberer erinnerte mich an Max Giermann Zauberauftritt bei LOL, (leider das schlechteste Arrangement was ich je erlebt habe- Silvestermenü wäre die richtige Bezeichnung gewesen um die Erwartungen anzupassen, ja ich bezahle gerne 99€ für ein Erlebnis und gutes Essen, aber das waren keine 50€ wert. 4. Wellnessbereich und Fitnessraum: schönes Schwimmbecken mit Blick in den Wald (mein Buchungsgrund) und 2 Saunen sowie funktionellen aber Nicht liebevollen Entspannungsbereich. (leider nicht verfügbar, auf Nachfrage bei Check IN Uhrzeiten vergeben, 1 Zimmer/h für gesamten Wellnessbereich Corona bedingt ) hier wäre Sauna & Schwimmbad unterteilbar aufgrund der Anordnung. Service - absolute Katastrophe , bereits beim Check in konnten keine klaren Aussagen getroffen werden, Bei der Tischwahl - ging der Kellner laut herablassend sagend in die Küche ( die kommen hierher und wissen nicht mal das Tanzverbot ist. (nein ich fragte bei der Buchung nach der musikalischen Unterhaltung und wurde auf Änderung von Band auf DJ hingewiesen) eine CD hätte es auch getan. Zimmer schmutzig - (Rezeption keine Ahnung, schauen sie ein anderes an- OK ). Alte Suite - ja Bad sauber aber Bett ebenfalls mit Haaren- können wir neue Wäsche haben - ( nein kein Hauskeeping da) Anruf - (Tablet defekt, bringen sie es mir runter , ich lade es auf, OK aber dann bleibt es doch trotzdem danach nicht aufladbar wenn……! Personal - Kleidung unterschiedlich und nicht repräsentativ( für eine Pension oder Kneipe -OK) Serviceorientiert gleich null, unwissend und fehlende Kommunikation, glaube leider durch das Management etwas unmotiviert. Ahorn Hotel - Nie wieder! Achtung: Bilder auf der Homepage sind eine vielversprechende Verarsche. Bezüglich der geworbenen Kinderfreundlichkeit und der Aktivitäten Möglichkeit: Streichelzoo: Nein, Mini gehe mit 4 ausgewachsenen Ziege. Welche man sich hinter einem Zaun angucken kann. Fütterung fand nicht planmäßig statt. Aber diese ist für Kinder unspektakulär, da eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels einfach reingeht den Tieren essen hinlegt und das war’s. Kinder besonders kleine werden hier nicht spielerisch oder irgendwie mit einbezogen. Indoor Spiel Platz oder diese Mini Planet oder Kids Planet Räume: Das Frühstück war naja - es gab eine Auswahl aber eher essbar als Genuss. Zimmer an sich sauber ( sehen mal nen Lappen und Staubsauger und Bettbezug wird gewechselt so wie Handtücher) aber das Zimmer an sich ist sehr herunter gekommen und überhaupt nicht Kindersicher. Der Service ist schwach, patzig und nicht hilfreich. Fragte nach einem Wasserkocher an der Info - man hat sich gewundert das keine aufs Zimmer sei und mich an die Rezeption verwiesen. An dieser wurde ich drauf aufmerksam gemacht das ich diesen ausleihen könnte für 10€ Pfand- naja Ciatronic Billig Wasserkocher mit Kalk - meine Tochter konnte ich so ihr Schnuller kurz mit dem heißen Wasser abspülen aber einen Tee daraus hätte ich ungern gemacht. Wir fragten ob wir Mittagessen können in einem der Restaurants oder in der Nähe wurden wir auf den Imbiss am außenpolitisch verwiesen da gäbe es vielleicht Bockwürste und ne Pizza ( zu Pizza die überteuert verkauft wurde). Mein Mann hatte starken Hunger und es sich geholt. Danach war er auch nicht besser gelaunt. Wir hatten erwähnt das wir bereit waren ins azdado zu gehen und unser Abendessen vorzuziehen ( hatten nach 15 Uhr) und ich fragte wann dort die Küche öffnete. Es kam ein keine Ahnung und der Hinweis man sollte hoch wenn wir es wollen. Ein Hotel sollte doch über das Haus eigene Restaurant Bescheid wissen. Die zubuchung zur Halbpension wurde uns auch eher abgeraten ( nach dem Frühstück wussten wir wieso). Eine einheitliche Kommunikation besteht auch nicht Hotel intern. Und das 2021 mit reichlich Möglichkeiten eine schnellen, einheitlichen Kommunikation. Das beste am Hotel - man freut sich auf zuhause und lernt sein Zuhause schätzen. Jedes nicht Kinder Hotel ist besser ! Familien spart euer Geld und geht in ein Hotel Nähe eines Freizeit Bad ist besser und günstiger als das !!! Achja - und euere Kinder wird es dort besser gehen sowie euch auch! Zum Ende unseres ( Gott sei Dank sehr kurzen Besuch sonst hätte ich freiwillig eher ausgecheckt. Kam ein vielleicht sieht man sicher - auf mein Anwort Nein fragte man mich ob es mir nicht gefallen hätte und es kam ein Nein von mir. Das war’s - Beschwerde Management ist nicht gegeben. Ich könnte noch einiges aufzählen was mir in den 2 Tagen auffiel aber das würde den Rahmen sprengen. L'hotel è a pochi passi da Erfurt. Ma si trova in 20 minuti con l'auto in centro città. Parcheggi sono abbondanti e costa 2 euro per notte. Il personale è molto attento e super amico per i bambini. L'appartamento in tutto l'hotel è moderno e estremamente mantenuto. Le camere sono molto pulite e dotate di tutto quello che è necessario. La colazione è stata abbondante e la selezione è stata eccellente. Il ristorante ha avuto molto buon cibo. Tuttavia, avremmo voluto una piccola selezione di cibo per bambini. Se siamo di nuovo vicini, sicuramente prenoteremo questo hotel.
